Why do you need an app?! Why put "in stock in the store" if you don't bring this company to the store at all???? I've wasted an HOUR of my time! Firstly, to catch a consultant and find out about the availability of one product, and then another, so that it is also not available. The golden apple exports only by monopoly and an abundance of cosmetics. There is no choice in Minsk except for him, if we are talking about more interesting brands, professional cosmetics.
And yes, I do not advise ordering anything in advance. In case of cancellation, you will receive a refund for a month and then only if you remind them to contact the relevant authorities..they promised to return my 200 rubles in 7 or 10 days, as a result, they returned more than 2 weeks (taking into account the fact that I was interested every day in what status my order was).
Another nuance: I would not be sure about the originality of the perfume either. I definitely do not recommend taking Olympia Paco Rabanne. They are very different from those that I brought from Russia both in durability and flavor)))

I bought a gift card for 200 b.r. with home delivery. I paid online. Ordered on Thursday, expected delivery on Saturday of the same week. On the specified day, I did not receive the product (I called 3 times to technical support, no one could give me exactly why and for what reasons this happened and how to resolve this issue, they said the request was sent to the store, expect to be contacted. The next day, I went to the store myself and 20 minutes later they told me that the green cards had run out, so they did not deliver the goods to me. 2 days have passed from the moment of the order to the day of delivery, so the store did not deign to warn. And they cannot give a card of a different color, because the article is different. The only solution to the problem is to issue a refund and buy a new card. Fortunately, the money was returned on the same day. I'm terribly unhappy with this moment and completely ruined the impression of the store.
