Yesterday I visited this branch of the Golden Apple and for the first time I encountered such an attitude, I asked the consultant a question, and she just went on saying look somewhere there. Then I go up to another consultant girl, ask the same question, and she says, "now I'll find out," she walks away, I follow her, she didn't find out anything from anyone, and just stood there and did nothing.
I have never seen such a selfish attitude anywhere else!

There is no logic and loyalty to customers. On March 6, until 19:00, I place an order for certificates (37 pieces). I will arrange delivery on March 7. During the day, the company does not respond to any WhatsApp messages, and the hotline phone does not work. Upon arrival at the store, we are told that our order has been canceled and a refund has been issued. Although there are a sufficient number of certificates at the cash desks, the manager's response was that they could not help in any way. It's just a mocking attitude to customers, 37 girls will be left without a gift on March 8. Think before you get involved with such a disregard.

Сам магазин очень хороший, удобно, что очень много брендов представлено и все в одном месте, можно все потрогать/потестировать.
Расстраивает только, что консультантов очень мало, не дождешься, нужно их искать по залу.
И второй момент, ценники очень мелким шрифтом написаны, нужно с лупой ходить и бывает, что они стоят не под указанным на них продуктом.

Полноценный магазин косметики. Очень хороший выбор . Цены вполне адекватны. Но за корейской косметикой сюда лучше не идти, дороже, чем в других магазинах. Много кассиров. Есть ароматы Том Форд.

Стараюсь с женой обходить этот магазин стороной. Это черная дыра для женщин, засасывает надолго и очень сильно. Но, рядом есть хорошая лавочка, где можно спокойно посидеть с другими мужчинами, встретить старых знакомых, на третьем этаже есть кинотеатр, несколько прекрасных кафе. Не важно, что вы выберите, все равно будете ждать её, потому что она ещё не определилась с цветом помады.

Если честно, то формат совсем не Золотого яблока. Не прнятно где, что и как найти. Привычно с одного края магазина масс-маркет и продвигаясь до другого края доходишь до премиум. Здесь же непонятно, не видно брендов. Премиум- минимальный ассортимент. Консультанты плохо знают продукт и его наличие. Столько ждала открытие, но пару посещений отбило всё желание туда заходить

Ассортимент хуже чем в Москве, не знаю с чем связано. Пришла в Яблоко за товарами, которые теперь не продают в России, а их и здесь нет.
Но в целом , магазин красивый, много всего продают....

Магазин ужаснее я ещё не видела. Персонал не профессионалы. Основная часть товара с залежалых складов. Чтобы получить скидку нужно закачать их дурацкое навязчивое приложение. Товар со скидкой, дороже, чем в других магазинах без скидки. Но самое главное: та косметика, которая в тестерах отличается от той, которую Вы купите! (в тестере был приемлимый блескдля губ, а то что я купила.... нечто.... даже не с китайской барахолки). Будьте осторожны

Цены относительно нормальные , но малый выбор духов очень много народу. Обслуживающий персонал не заинтересован вашей покупки . Один из плюсов местоположения нормальное .
