I wouldn’t recommend because it’s a very old and look like a ruin building. Furthermore not sound installation, neighbors make can be heard, that’s not normal to have a rest. Staffs are friendly, rooms are clean you can stay there. It’s like a Hostel, not a hotel.

A pleasant place, located on the outskirts of the city, there is no street noise, spacious rooms, hot water constantly and instantly, friendly administration speaks freely in Russian, simple but delicious breakfasts, room cleaning every day. The price/quality is optimal, for people without claims to gold washbasins. I'll stay there on my next business trip.
