I've been using this taxi for 7 years now. The taxi is good, but it has its own peculiarities.
Of the cons:
- On weekdays, in the morning (7.15-8.00), the waiting time for the car is usually about 20-30 minutes. - When the driver arrives and starts waiting for the customer, he calls and if he doesn't pick up the phone, the driver immediately resets the order and leaves, regardless of whether you were in the bathroom at that moment or just didn't have time to pick up the phone. If you call him back immediately after his call, he refuses to come back.
Of the advantages:
- Almost all the drivers who came across drive carefully and quickly (for which I thank them very much, I was late for the train a couple of times and managed to do it thanks to their efficiency).
- It is possible to order a taxi both by phone and via Viber.
The average cost of a trip is 3-5 rubles.
Today there was a blue Peugeot 6732 car - a woman at the wheel, in addition to cultural driving, drove to the very railway station of Dzerzhinsk - it was a pleasant trip, which inspired me to write this review.

I've been writing for the second time and I've called a million times...... I've been looking for a car for an hour. They are justified by the fact that there are a lot of orders..... And they take orders that are closer, so on the other side of the city then you can wait for the car until the aliens arrive. As the driver waits, they make the payment, then take us for free for a very long wait! And it's not about the number of orders, but the drivers are sorting it out, I'll take it, I won't take it......

Unpleasant driving , zero words about fare increases , you drive at the usual price , but it turns out to be valuable , constantly changing , the driver is ill-mannered, you turn to him and in response silence, the solution to the problem is also not negotiated !!! Please pay attention to this
The service is getting worse and worse every year, waiting for a taxi for 30 minutes or more, the service is terrible! Thank you that at least the dispatcher was very nice... although there are also a lot of things you can write about dispatchers, most of them are rude and don't want to be responsible for their shoals at all
