I asked for help living in Russia to open a visa remotely, as a result, no help, they threw the contract into a bunch of pages with small print, did not say what to pay, where, to whom, asked for a hint on what she snorted, they say it's not a piece of paper but a contract. I started writing to the support of the bank to help them, since this desk is not able to help its customers. They told me at the bank, I sent them a question saying, well, here's how you can pay, tell me to do everything right. To which I was simply told that I had to pay in white rubles and fell silent again. There is zero customer orientation, they have to pay and mess with everything themselves, think how where and what, because the only thing they are capable of is throwing off the contract, and then everything themselves. I do not recommend anyone to contact them, you will regret it 350 times
