Sea hospitality is perfect

A good hotel) rooms for a not very demanding guest. The territory is large, there are pools, water slides, a shop.
There are a lot of shislongs on the beach, there are not many swimmers in the sea and you can safely swim) the water is clean :)in the evening, the piers are illuminated with neon light-it's beautiful:)
There are several shops near the hotel, and if you walk for thirty minutes to the nearest town, you can walk along the promenade along the parked yachts, sit in cafes, go shopping and look at McDonald's:)
The food is not bad, quite varied-salads, porridges, meat. But you need to be careful-it's easy to get injured and to avoid this, we drank half a glass of water in a squeezed quarter of a lemon before breakfast and dinner-it helped :)

Overall, we really liked the hotel and the place itself is just a fairy tale! He justifies his 4*. Private (sandy + a few stones) beach, sun loungers + umbrellas, the room stock is not new, but the cleaning is clean, regular, they try to cook a variety of food: all sorts of stewed vegetables, meat and fish, a huge amount of fresh vegetables and herbs, every day - food on the grill, watermelon + melon + apples, whole A ton of sweets! Fast food is available throughout the day: sandwiches, French fries.
The staff is polite, nimble, and generally it seems that the hotel is trying to keep a certain level of service and convenience. It's endearing.
You can get to Bodrum by taxi. There are several shops within walking distance of the hotel.

A good combination of price and quality. The hotel is good for those who like to swim. The hotel has a long beach: there are areas with a lawn and a sandy beach. You can enter the water from wooden bridges and from the shore. The buoys are far away, the length of the bathing area along the beach is more than 100 meters, you can swim.
The food is normal: there is always steamed fish, grilled fish was often made. I took stew, turkey, chicken, grilled meat. Delicious. In the morning, you can take fresh orange juice for 70 lire for a fee (a large glass, I think, 330 ml). We took 1 glass for two. There are a lot of cheeses and various hot dishes for breakfast (I don't eat them in the morning). It's a pity that there weren't always pancakes and omelets. There was no yogurt for several days, which surprised me.
The service in the restaurant leaves much to be desired. They brought their own cutlery and glasses from other tables (which were in the sun, and no one sat down there). In general, it didn't bother me.
We did not live in the main building, but in a cottage with 10 rooms. They cleaned normally. The air conditioner sometimes worked noisily, flowed a little, but cooled down. There were enough outlets. The shower door didn't work well, but it was fixed even without our request. They give and even change slippers for the room.
The territory of the hotel is quite large, green, the paths are washed every day.
Animation was not used, but there is activity throughout the day.
The hotel has a small aqua park, not used.
We went for a massage at the Spa. We were satisfied.
The hotel staff does not greet you when you meet them on site.
There are 2 bars - by the pool and a beach bar. We took water, coffee and hot chocolate (delicious) from the vending machine. There is a snack bar with fast food and vegetables by the pool.
The big disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of a quiet place - both by the pool and on the beach - loud music from 10 to 17. In addition, there are many beaches and restaurants in the bay, which also turn on loud music in the afternoon.
It was very stressful. I like to listen to the sound of the sea or calm background music.
For those who like to walk along the embankment somewhere in the evening, the hotel is not suitable. We went to Yalikavak embankment several times. Walking at a brisk pace takes 20-25 minutes, but the hike to the embankment does not bring pleasure, because part of the way goes along a busy road, sometimes without a sidewalk.
I want to draw the attention of the administration to the untidy toilet at the restaurant, even on the beach it was cleaner. Corners, walls, toilets are not flushed! The light turns off automatically very quickly!
Changing booths are very uncomfortable - there is only one hook, there is no bench. Clothes, a towel, a wet swimsuit, where should I put it all?
Nevertheless, we were satisfied with the rest, but we would not go to this hotel a second time.

Classic Turkish 4.
Advantages: first line, large territory, all inclusive, 2 swimming pools, spa, lots of sun beds, good access to the sea, there is a shop in 5 minutes. We were offered a transfer to a night disco in the city for $ 8, few Russians.
Minuses: "Turkish style" is not cleanly cleaned, some rooms require updates, there is a building across the street (crossing the viaduct, far from the sea and the noise from cars), the food is monotonous (after 3-4 days it becomes not interesting to go to dinner, but you will not stay hungry), the nearest pharmacy is a 40-minute walk away, room cleaning on 3 points, they don't know Russian, English is rare. There is no free iron, to iron a dress- $ 4 😌 the lack of water entertainment programs surprised, no one even heard the word "sap board" :(there was a boring water banana floating nearby.
Everyone smokes! Even the staff when cleaning the room is my personal shock
❗Important: the guide offers yachts and other entertainment - take it, because there are no other options for buying such entertainment ($80-110 per person, depends on the program).
A tour with a flight from St. Petersburg for two 180 tr.
For a beach holiday without big claims, this is the very thing. Active youth will be bored (evening animation for adults - Turkish songs..).

A very good hotel for your money. The sea is nearby, it will go down to the 3rd floor and you are here. The beautiful territory of the hotel. Greenery, water park, amphitheater, 2 swimming pools. The sea is very beautiful and clear, colder than the Mediterranean. The food is good, there is not much variety, but you will not go hungry either. Those who do not eat enough at lunch can finish their meal at the snack bar. Friendly and friendly staff. Only a few people know Russian, but most of the tourists here are Turks.
About the rooms: the room is tired, but you can live. Towels are changed every day, and the cleaning is of high quality. We were satisfied with the shared hotel and rest. After reading the reviews, I was afraid to come here, but I was not disappointed!

A very sad experience
We decided to visit this hotel for the first time, we had already been to the Turkish 4x and 5x.
We are not demanding tourists, but this time the hotel disappointed:
1. The rooms in the Anex building are tired, to put it mildly. Specifically, the toilet flowed in our room, after 4 visits by the "master", who fumbled for 5 minutes each time and left, the situation has not changed. They asked to change the number - to which they received an offer to call the master and a refusal to change the number. Room cleaning is superficial.
2. The food was also not impressed. The choice is meager, but you will not stay hungry. The only fruits were apples and watermelons.
3. The beach is dirty, garbage and cigarette butts are everywhere, creating the appearance of cleaning. The sea is clean enough, but after every small storm there were algae.
4. The restaurant staff was very pleased, but at the reception there were completely strained smiles and a complete lack of desire to help in any way.
5. Also, due to the early departure from the hotel (at 06.30 am), they asked in advance to prepare a "lunch box" with them, as a result, it was not.
6. For those who like to travel outside the hotel, there are 3 options to get to Bodrum itself: by 2 buses, 3 km on foot to the bus station and then by bus, or by taxi for $ 45.
7. Of the advantages, WiFi catches everywhere and you can safely call via messenger.
Summarizing all the above, I can say that we will not return to this hotel anymore. The 3ka hotel is a stretch, so we can't recommend it.

I didn't like the hotel. It's definitely not 4*, maximum 3*. The air conditioner never works in the lobby (The food is monotonous, watermelons that are not finished for dinner will definitely be in the morning, frozen. Of fruits, apples, oranges and watermelons, nothing else. There are a lot of flies and cats that climb on the tables in the restaurant, Ala kart restaurant, complete nonsense. They clean every day, but the towels are torn and stained and on the beach too... The animation is in Turkish only. The staff speaks English, only Turkish. There is not a single pharmacy around the hotel, only a shok store, a little further than a-101, either go to Yalikovak but there is nothing to do there, the same bay and shops (with all sorts of nonsense, junk) or to Bodrum
Of the advantages, only the warm and clean sea.

the hotel has 2-3 stars, the cons cover all possible advantages. The waiters go to the restaurant and just pretend to clean up, although all the appliances, table cleaning, etc. must be done by themselves. they asked the waiter in English to bring napkins, pretended to hear, said "yes, yes" and did not come to us anymore. when people are trained in the specialty of hospitality, they need to take an exam at least in English, how they work in this hotel - I do not know ... either the staff do not speak English, or understand fragments of phrases. They know only Turkish perfectly, and no one cares about Russian there either. the bar has only vodka, beer, wine, gin and tonic (from alcohol), soft drinks are just disgusting- cola, not that it's NOT original- it's just a cheap fake, the juices are sugary and not tasty, only sprite is more or less normal. there is very often no ice or lemon in the bar, there is no cold water (drinking) on the beach (also in the bar). sometimes the sprite is poured feels like carbonated water with sugar. I can point out that there is a coffee/tea machine. yes, everything is more or less delicious here, sometimes it glitches and pours either a triple portion of the drink or just boiling water. very tasty hot chocolate, coffee is also good. in the restaurant, there is only the illusion of choice, most of the "dishes" are sauces, vegetables, bread. as such, there are very few dishes, usually on both sides of the table, the same dishes. it will be difficult for children to find food here, but there is a "snack bar" there from 12 to 17 you can make yourself a burger, take French fries, nuggets, onion rings and sometimes pasta. after a week spent at the hotel, the door did not open every day, it blinked red, along with green, as if the card did not fit, I had to go to the reception, and it was very difficult to go upstairs in the heat.
on the plus side, they clean the rooms well, keep them clean, change towels every day, and change the linen, the maids know Russian (apparently the only ones from the hotel). the sea is good, the beach is too, I don't see any more advantages.
in general, the staff are not particularly friendly, they do not always do their job, I do not advise going to the hotel.
it should be added that minibuses do not run from the word at all, you either have to ask for a taxi or catch it on the road. a lot of money is spent on trips. once they asked the staff at the reception to call a taxi to the shopping center in Bodrum, agreed, but said it costs 2000 lira, but we will give you a discount of up to 1000 (price for 1 car), note that it is 3000 Russian rubles (30 minutes drive), in general, a trip to the shopping center in two cars turned out to be more expensive than themselves Shopping there, they cheated us out of 1000 lira (3000 Russian rubles)

Rested June/July 2023, standard room in the main building, cleaning every day. The mattress in the King size bed, the sleeping textiles are at a height - I slept great. The location of the hotel is 10 out of 10, the first line, the sea is clean, the pools also pleased the children. In general, Bodrum is a paradise, the air is wonderful, the humidity is low, the evenings are cool. After the Aegean Sea, you will not be able to go to the Antalya coast.
Of the cons: fat minus food..... but this trend, alas, in many hotels, everyone is forced to save money. You will not stay hungry, but there will be no frills like in previous "well-fed" years. The water in the room was changed daily, the minibar was empty.

If it were possible, I would put 4.5.
I really liked the hotel for its compactness, the pool and the sea are close to each other, the concentration of bars is quite high :). Of the minuses - "tired" furniture in the room (we lived in the main building), "guest relations" - a liar and a lazy man, allegedly signed us up for a fish restaurant, but when we arrived, it turned out that we were not on the list, promised the best table for Turkish, the table was far from the best :).
If you suddenly go from anex tour, tell the guide Mohammed to refund me the 5 euros that we had to spend on a taxi, due to the fact that the driver of anex dropped us off in the wrong place and left :). And the guide promises to return the money
Overall, I liked the hotel, the stay was very comfortable

Maybe I was doing an assessment, but I'm not pulling for 4. The choice of dishes is meager. Feeding the children was a problem. Fish was often cooked. There is practically no animation for adults. For children, only mini-disco is relevant. Turkish karaoke is most often performed in the evening. There is nowhere to go outside the hotel. We need to take a taxi. Everything is expensive. There is no ice cream for free at the hotel. Even a bag of popcorn 50 lire. There are enough places for sun loungers. They clean well, towels are changed. I will not go to this hotel anymore.

It is better to occupy sun beds in the morning, those who come later can get without an umbrella under the sun. The room got caught, the toilet is not very flowing and a puddle is accumulating. We went to the reception twice: some promises that they would fix or replace the room did not happen. This is a big minus for the hotel. The food is generally normal. No frills. There is no mahito in the bar)) The show program is weak karaoke almost every day. Of course, we will not go to this hotel. But to the Bodrum area with pleasure! The sea is super.

Great hotel! We rested in it 2 times. The child is delighted with the water park, great food, friendly staff! The rooms are decent! I recommend it for a relaxing family vacation!!! Someone writes that they were checked into the wrong room and demanded money for instant check-in... we arrived with the child and grandmother at about 10 a.m., we were immediately provided with an excellent triple room with a view of the alley that leads from the elevator to the sea, we never asked for money... And when we rested for the first time with a child together, we were given a great room in the anexrum building, the building is newer than the main one, the room is very decent! There were problems with Wi-Fi, I contacted the reception, they explained to me that as soon as our passports were entered into the database, so Wi-Fi would appear, the next day after arrival everything was fine!!!

We were at this hotel not long ago from June 1 to June 12, 2019. A hotel with a cozy green area and a nice beach. We booked an economy room, but when we were checked in, I was just shocked. Room 1115 is located near the children's slides. The smell of sewage, cockroaches, dampness is unbearable. We couldn't stand to be in such a room, and at the same time we had a small child. We were not overpowered by the request to relocate, even for money. It's been three days of bullying our family. At the reception, they do not speak Russian or English at all. Thanks to the guys from Anex tour, Anna and Mukhmed, who fought for our relocation. When I chose this hotel, I did not see such rooms in the catalog. The manager of the hotel also does not speak any languages other than Turkish. Nervous, I had to force him to write a receipt so that they would stop us, and only on the 3rd day we were given the room that I had booked. Later I found out that these are rooms for workers. But this is the first time such an attitude has been shown to my family. It's not the first time we've gone on vacation. You will not be able to go out for a walk from the hotel either, since there are no sidewalks. You can only leave on. take a minibus to Yakolykovak, and then transfer to another one at the train station and leave for Bodrum. I'm not an annoying person, but I was shocked by this attitude.

The 4-star hotel is fully compliant. A large area. Lots of greenery. A good beach (fine sand), the territory of the sun beds is a green lawn. Friendly staff, though they do not speak Russian. The food is varied, there is fish, meat and various snacks of good quality.

The compatriots of the hotel at the reception are arrogant, upon check-in they asked for 100 dollars per room. and the room will be cut off immediately, we refused and immediately said there are no free rooms, I have never met such arrogance anywhere.they settled in wooden houses, there was no light, the shower stood right on the floor, the water flowed to the beds, there was a blockage in the toilet!We had a rest with a child of 4 years old!!!In September, 3 days turned out to be cold and the nights were very cold.the child got sick.the animations are terrible.the food is not bad.
