Notorious for room cancelation without notice. The manager, Aziz, is a sly and rude person. And so is his mother, who mans the reception. They will ask to go to another hotel and threaten you if you don't cancel the booking at the website, they will also cancel the other hotel's booking This hotel should be avoided by all travelers. They give a bad name to Uzbekistan.

Not a very convenient location, far from all the attractions. Pretty cozy, clean. Breakfast is served ready-made from several dishes. I left early, they promised to give me breakfast with them, but they didn't....They must have overslept. There is no elevator, walk up the stairs. The plumbing is quite simple, instead of slippers they provide flip-flops and it is unclear how many people have worn them before.

The hostess is on top! The rooms and the atmosphere are great, each one is like a work of art! The breakfasts are served on time and the service is beyond praise! I definitely recommend it!
The address in Yandex is correct, but not through the island (it shows in the center near Labi Havuz)
