A wonderful cafe restaurant. It's always clean and cozy. Huge halls for smokers and non-smokers separately. The food is top-notch, everything is delicious and fresh for every taste. I got into this cafe by accident. And the conclusion is this: I won't go back there on purpose, but it will do for a spontaneous snack. Among the advantages: clean, everything is neat, polite staff, beautiful serving of dishes. The price is average. Of the disadvantages (for me personally): Although the dishes were beautiful, there was no soul in them. I ordered pho-bo soup, and there weren't enough noodles for me, but there were a lot of carrots, and I didn't have enough broth. My friend took the lasagna, which was also nothing remarkable and too small in size. But my friend liked the club sandwiches. Caesar salad is standard. The other day we visited the Golden Coffee restaurant and were very impressed with the experience! From the first minutes it is noticeable that the comfort of the guests is taken care of here. I would especially like to mention the signature desserts – they are simply amazing! The coffee here is especially delicious, which, in fact, was expected from an institution with that name. The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to help with the choice or answer any questions. The waiters are polite, unobtrusively interested in whether they like everything and whether something needs to be added.Golden Coffee turned out to be a great place for a family dinner or a meeting with friends. We were reminded about desserts every 5 minutes, being pretty nervous: time is limited. At the same time, only 3 tables were already occupied in both halls. The hot dessert was brought already cooled(!) and not fully baked only after they went to find out the location of the waitress, who miraculously evaporated for 20 minutes. Apologies for the delay? been heard of here. Customer focus is three.
In general, if you want to relax and not waste precious time and nerves, you definitely are not here.
With such an approach to service and guests, neither the interior nor the kitchen can save.

But the staff, the service… I did not expect from such an institution from the word at all. After reading the rest of the reviews, I understand that this is not so "lucky" for us, but a classic situation for this place. There is simply no service, the waiters don't care about the word at all. They are gloomy, unfriendly, not even "please" when they bring something, nothing. The girl ordered hot + dessert right away, I immediately chose only hot and thought about ordering more later. After the hot meal, I asked the waiter for the menu again. She brought it and that's it, she hammered the bolt. We waited for 15 minutes to order more, after which we began to sit and wait just to pay off and leave. Moreover, it was visible how the waiters were standing near the bar and just chatting. And those who passed by didn't pay attention to us either. Quiet horror.
The kitchen is good, it was delicious for us. Thanks to the chefs. But in general, I would say that the institution is the maximum to run in for a conditional lunch. If you want to enjoy your time while eating, it's better to choose another place. Otherwise, this "service" will steal your whole mood.
