There are wonderful views of the sea and Istanbul from there. The entrance to the fortress on April 5, 2025 costs 250 Turkish lira. Payment at the entrance. Instead of a ticket, they give you a fortress card. It is difficult to photograph the Golden gate itself. There are restoration stands on the inside, and on the outside, at the level of the middle of the gate, a huge piece of either foam or foam, painted in a dark color, was hung on cables. It is not clear for what purpose this was done. But definitely, it was worth going to the fortress.
