We stayed at this hotel in October. The entrance group, the hall - it looks great. Cleaning, linen change, all on time. The staff is friendly, the language is mostly English. The area is convenient, quiet enough, easy to get to the main tourist spots.
However, the rooms are cramped, two suitcases take up all the free space. Plumbing problems that have not been fixed, even after treatment. That is, the bathroom is combined and a mop is attached to it for self-cleaning of water after a shower and water that accumulated at the toilet.

Terrible hotel!
I don't recommend it to anyone.
The hotel once received 5 stars, but now it is a hotel for all minus 5 stars. In the photo, everything seems to be beautiful in general, but in fact everything is shabby and dirty. The bed linen is dirty. The towels are all grey and stained. The breakfasts are very meager and monotonous. All the vegetables are being cut, it feels like, since the evening. Only French fries, boiled eggs and sausages are hot. Tea and coffee are offered to drink from a disposable cup. The whole room is kind of lame. There are only 2 sockets. And the bathroom is generally separated by a plastic window from the room with blinds. Everything shines through. It's not very interesting to watch when a person poops. The shower is located right at the entrance. If you took a shower, and then wanted, after a while, to go to the toilet or wash your hands, you have to walk through a puddle.
Towels are not reported. Or sometimes they didn't put it at all. I had to call the reception and ask for towels.

The hotel is in a residential area. Although it is the center of Istanbul, there are no entertainment or food facilities nearby. It is convenient and beautiful in the hotel only in the lobby. The rooms are small and very, very modest - just to spend the night. The disadvantages are compensated by the responsiveness of the staff.
