We rested at this hotel, the impressions are the most wonderful and pleasant, sincere, warm and friendly staff, delicious breakfasts with a wonderful view of the Bosphorus. Very convenient location, within walking distance of Top Kapy, Ai Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar. My friends and I were very satisfied 👌

Excellent location hotel, excellent, friendly staff, we arrived early, but we were still checked in, fed breakfast. Everything is at the highest level. I would especially like to mention the manager of the Seckin Kaya restaurant, who tries very hard to make the guests feel comfortable and inspires all his employees. The view from the restaurant, I think, is the best of all the hotels. It is on the roof and therefore offers a view of the Bosphorus and the many mosques in the city center

Excellent service❤️ Friendly staff. Everything is clean and tidy in the rooms.The room has a safe, cupboards, bedside tables, beds, kettle, mugs, tea, coffee. In the bathroom: towels, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, soap, hair dryer. There is a separate menu for breakfast. Unlimited drinks. And the most important thing is the atmospheric view, where there is a great overview: Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, Bosphorus, Galata tower, new mosque (near the Egyptian bazaar) and Suleymaniye in the distance.
The price during the Eid al-Fitr holiday. 1 thousand lira per night.

The hotel is old, but of high quality. For your money, it's just super! The service is excellent! On the downsides. It was in winter. It's blowing out of the window. It didn't bother me, but the frozen ones won't be comfortable. And the main thing is that you need to know. No one will be allowed to visit you if they are not registered in advance.

Guys, it's better not to stop here. The hotel is sooo weak - the rooms are trashed, dust and dirt everywhere, poor breakfasts. It was time to renovate the hotel 10 years ago. This is the first time I've stopped in such a terrible hole.
Upon arrival, they settled in the basement, the room is just a pitchfork - a small window under the ceiling, everything that can be killed is killed, the air conditioner does not work, the safe does not work, there is a trace of a dirty shoe on the bedside table, the walls with dirty wallpaper are covered with age-old dirt or mold. This is a type of 4-star hotel level room. For moving to a more decent room, they requested an additional payment of 20 euros per day (booked through the operator, there was a difference between the categories of rooms less than $ 50 per week). Stupid divorce for money, because we stopped by very late - calling the operator is not an option, but I want to sleep. As a result, we bargained for half the price and moved to a room on the 2nd floor. More decent, but still pretty shabby and shabby. The towels are really gray, black Turkish hair is lying everywhere (after each cleaning they are on the floor, on the rim of the toilet, even on towels), cigarettes periodically smell in the room, cracks in the windows fill the room with sounds from the street, and in winter and frost.
In short, if the location of the hotel is important to you, then there are at least three more hotels in the same house and all of them visually look much more decent.
It's a pity I didn't think to take a picture of the whole situation, only selected moments.

There is a complete discrepancy between the photo and reality. The rooms are well-equipped, the plumbing is so-so, the water pressure is weak, many rooms stink of sewage and sewage, the chairs are all old and greasy, there are no breakfasts, the hotel is very tired. We need to invest in development and repair, not fake reviews. In the evening, coffee from a vending machine of unknown origin for 50 lire is just a drop-you can't take it in your mouth! The staff is trying hard. But good mattresses and a great view from the "restaurant" (by the way, the evening soup is not bad). Well, the location is just fire - 3 stars for it.

I do not recommend the hotel - the boorish attitude of the staff, the terrible condition of the rooms! Unfortunately, we stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2022. It is clear that the hotel is budget-friendly and you do not expect frills from it, but there definitely should not be dirty and washed to holes towels. There is a palm-sized gap between the front door and the threshold, there is no sound insulation. But none of this turned out to be the worst. With an outdoor temperature of +13 degrees during the day and +7/9 degrees at night, we were put in a room with a non-closing window and no heating. Of course, the room has air conditioning, but when from a window in which there is a gap the size of a man's thumb between the window frame and the window sash, the air conditioner will not save. In addition, all the noise from the street creates a feeling of being on this street in the room. We asked to change the room, but were refused, motivated by the lack of available rooms, we were offered to spend the night in the room, and in the morning to call the master. Despite the refusal to replace the room, we asked for a refund, since it is not only impossible to spend the night in the room, it is not possible to stay there - at the entrance, a shiver runs through. Of course, they refused to return the money and immediately forgot the Russian language, they began to pretend that you had disappeared. The warning that the police would be called was answered with a smile and continued to ignore. But everything changed dramatically and a replacement room was immediately found, as soon as a Turkish friend called at the reception and explained to the hotel employee in his native language about the problems if the situation was not resolved. Do not regret paying $ 10-20 extra for more decent living conditions and attitude towards you, especially since there are more than enough offers in this area.

We were in Istanbul at the end of February 2023.
The rooms are in need of renovation. The bed linen is old and there are holes in places. There is a smell of raw materials, the doors are stained with something. The room was standard deluxe.
From the positive:
- Cleanliness in the bathroom;
- Safe and refrigerator in the room;
- Breakfast;
- Location near Topkapi;
- Access to public transport;

I do not recommend it, we have booked a room and paid for it! We arrived at night and they tell us your room is sold! Are we?as here is a voucher for you, this is our number, we paid for it! The answer is come tomorrow morning and we'll figure it out! The result was that we spent the night in another hotel (terrible)!!! You say it happens ! I will answer when you fly to another country, you want to get service for money, but you get nerves and problems very unpleasant!!!!!!

Very close to the metro and tram. Close to historical sites. There is no brush or paste in the room. Soap, shampoo, gel are all there. Cleaning every day. The slippers are really not changed every day. Friendly staff.

Convenient location in the Old Town. All the sights are nearby. The design of the room in the Ottoman style, in my opinion, is very pretentious, with an abundance of fake gilding. The room is clean, comfortable bed, kettle, mini bar (for a fee). Shampoo, shower gel, slippers-everything is there. The staff is very friendly.
