My husband and I are vacationing in Thailand for the first time. We ordered a sightseeing tour from the golden key. In general, everything went OK, so when the question arose of who to buy tickets for the XXX show from (we're in Thai, we need to try everything), we decided to contact them. We ordered tickets, arrived at the wake up club at the appointed time, and went to the gym. The program includes a continuous sex show with intimate areas of the actors: drums, fish and all other tin. The show started around 7:30 p.m. By that time, there were only about 6 people in the hall, including us. The actors were in their underwear, and none of the items listed on the golden key website were even close. At first, all the actors just came out in masks and underwear, then the men in their underpants were spinning hoops, then there were alternating numbers with dancing in the same underwear and sometimes some kind of interactive with the audience. The girls offered to smear them with some kind of oil and dragged people out of the auditorium onto the stage, one spectator was washed in the bathroom, accompanied by the same dancing in panties and a bra. The golden key website, of course, states that the numbers can change, but not so drastically. There was absolutely nothing from the declared "numbers", it is not even clear why then you can not carry phones with you, because these are just light dancing in underwear. We watched the performance for an hour and it started all over again in a circle. By this time, the hall was already filled with Chinese, maybe 40 people were watching. We thought that maybe the club wasn't starting a full-fledged show until there were almost no viewers, so we started watching it again. In the middle of the second round, when we realized that nothing in the program was changing, we got up and left. Perhaps this was a deliberate deception and the calculation was that people who bought tickets would be ashamed to ask "where are the pussies?", or perhaps it was just some kind of out-of-sync between the club and the organizers from the golden key. BUT, after making a claim, the golden key did not express a desire to look into our issue. We reported that none of the things stated in the show were at all. The organizers asked if we had watched it to the end? We informed them that we had even completed a lap and a half and that we expected that as a result of solving the problem, we would either be sent to the announced show or the money would be refunded. Golden Key offered compensation of 200 baht, although we paid 1,900, and if we had spent it on another aggregator, we might have ended up exactly where we wanted to go. After we informed him that we were not satisfied with this result in our conflict situation, a man from the golden key called my husband, saying that this could not be, and he offered to return 200 baht to us anyway, and "why did we look twice then?" My husband said, "Well, you figure out the situation first, find out, and then let us know." The man replied, "I DON'T THINK IT'S NECESSARY." Excellent customer orientation. If we hadn't watched it, they would have told us "it's your fault that you didn't watch it," and since we were waiting for the very same thing, it turns out that we are cheating, and they don't consider it necessary to figure it out. Reviews of wake up really indicate that there is exactly such a show, as stated in the golden key. I don't know why he wasn't there. Perhaps the golden key itself did not know that it would not be there, but since they are the organizers and we transferred the money to them, they are responsible, and they do not want to help in any way. We also wanted to book a tour to the islands and choose something else, but now this is out of the question. And I don't advise anyone to buy anything here, because if something goes wrong or something that isn't announced at all, that's your problem. Conditionally, maybe you book a $ 100 tour to the islands and they will bring you just to sit on the shore in a boat and no one is to blame.
