I gave a birthday certificate to a person for a relaxing massage service for 1 hour. The service was not provided very well, and with a not very friendly attitude. They accused the man that he chose the wrong massage for the first visit, when there were painful sensations. Although I chose a relaxing massage at the reception, there may be questions to the reception that a gift certificate was issued for the wrong service.
