I will not contact this company anymore!!! I placed an order for a table with delivery to Kharkov. As a result, the table arrived on Friday, but without two side parts. I contacted the manager, told him to take a photo and send it to the post office. Done - sent. Upon receipt of the missing parts for the table on Thursday of the following week, it turned out that I still have to pay for the delivery again. - The manager motivated this by saying that they ordered the parts for their own money before and when I first received the table for delivery, I paid less for the weight (as if this time I only pay extra for the weight). - The fact that I initially paid the entire cost of the table, but by mistake I did not receive a complete set (I waited a week for the rest of the details) and now he suddenly has to pay extra for something - she was not convinced in any way. When asked to give the contacts of the authorities, she said that she would simply pass on the information. No one has contacted me. God forbid that I contact you again. I warn everyone who will order right away - carefully check the package. If something is missing, it is better to send it back at their expense and demand the money back. Don't step on my rake!!!
