For me personally, the most important criterion in the highest assessment of this center is obstetrician-gynecologist Zhuravleva Elena Viktorovna!In one appointment, in one office, you can do: an examination, and the collection of material for tests, and colposcopy, and ultrasound, and get a conclusion immediately, and adjust the treatment, and even get a treatment plan not related to gynecology.I am absolutely delighted with the doctor.She also took her teenage daughter to her for the first examination, the girl was very pleased.I think girls need just such a doctor, so that they do not have negative memories of gynecologists.

Terrible and disgusting service, the entire reception was 1 minute.
They didn't really explain anything on the ultrasound, it feels like I've been to the state polyclinic.
To put it mildly, the doctor did not behave professionally, she was rude and did not like the word at all.
She ignored my questions and replied, "these questions are definitely not for her." How can questions about gynecology not be relevant to her?
No advice, no what should I do next, and are these paid services??Just a disgusting gynecologist.

You sign up for a paid clinic for money to get a doctor faster, but in the end you sit like in a free clinic, and wait 30 minutes longer than the recording time... They didn't even apologize for the wait, there is a coffee machine in the free clinic. For such money, there is no respect, no coffee, people take sweets from a vase, just laughter, the girls themselves who are sitting at the reception are eating sweets... then they run around to smoke for 3 minutes, after which there is a smell of cigarettes.

I confirmed the visit, adjusted my plans, and refused admission to the diagnostic center in favor of the Golden Section. And so she arrived at the appointed time. And, alas!!!... It turns out that the administrator confused the procedure, and the ultrasound doctor went on vacation. The negligent attitude of the staff spoiled the attitude towards this center for a lot of money, took up my time. I recommend calling the Center 1001 times before coming..

It's not pleasant enough. When you go to an appointment with a specialist in a clinic, you want a relationship not like in a polyclinic where they work on a stream. The doctor was ready to just silently conduct an ultrasound and let go, she began to tell the complaints, in response -silence. After the ultrasound, everything is fine with you, go wait for the result. To the question, what to do with complaints, the answer was received - go to the probe.
About the recording itself: I signed up online, which, of course, is a plus at 10.40, the administrators called to confirm the recording, asked to come by 10.20, okay. I came to the appointed time, they said the doctor was delayed, as a result, I served until 10.45 , not critical , but not pleasant !

I couldn't use the services because of the terrible attitude at the reception. She was scheduled for 8:00, but due to traffic jams at that time in the city, she was 7 minutes late. To which, without "Hello, sorry, etc." they just told me with rolled eyes that I would not go to the reception anymore. Why put the techniques so tightly together. I rate Dr. Usandra A.A. For his approach and professionalism, we did a screening with him and were very satisfied, but there was also one unpleasant moment, it was our first visit to this center and we arrived 15 minutes before the appointment, as a result, we did not get to our time, because some lady was late and she went according to our time, and we sat and waited for her to come out for 20 minutes!There is already a question for the administration and, of course, for the people themselves who behave this way, but they decided to go there for the next screening.
