We stayed at this hotel in March of the 25th year (2 adults and a 5-year-old child). Very nice hotel: the territory is green, we checked in immediately (without any questions or extra charges) at 8:30 a.m., at 9 a.m. we already had breakfast. Breakfast: 50% of Indian spicy dishes, the rest are continental. The child had something to feed. There were always fruits too. The room is quite large (there was a separate house) and clean. The double bed is large (not two single beds). There was a separate mattress for the child. The room has air conditioning, a ceiling fan (we did not use it), a safe, a kettle, tea sets. There were no insects in the room, there was a fumigator. They didn't ask us for any room service when leaving the hotel, they didn't even come into the apartment, they took the suitcases to the car, carried them and that was it. All the staff is very pleasant, not intrusive. The only thing is that we didn't ask for cleaning ourselves and we didn't leave the keys at the reception, so I can't say anything about room cleaning. We didn't litter, we carried the garbage (from fruits) to the trash can (on site) ourselves. The pool is clean and warm, and every morning it is cleaned of leaves from the trees. The beach is very close (300 meters), while the hotel is quiet in the evenings, the music from the beaches does not reach. Nearby there is a small supermarket, a fruit stall, and an exchange office (but the exchange rate is better in the center of the village). The village center is about 750 meters away, and we walked with a child without any problems. We really enjoyed the hotel, we definitely would have come back.

Great hotel. Second line, 3 minutes to the sea. A typical Indian breakfast is included. There is a swimming pool. The staff will always resolve all issues. I recommend.
