It's a great place. The staff knows a lot about hospitality. Very clean, cleaning with a change of bed linen daily. Private quiet courtyard with Parking for guests, 24-hour kitchen, beds, and new bed linen. Everyone speaks Russian. The impressions are very pleasant. We stayed for 6 nights. We had a non-smoking room, pay attention to this when ordering, if you do not smoke the same way as we do. We thank everyone who took care of us.

An excellent hotel for reasonable money, please note that there are two hotels in the complex, one for overnight visits \ several hours, the second for family holidays. The owner of the complex is very courteous and polite, helped to sort out the misunderstanding of the booking and spend a vacation in Yerevan in comfortable conditions. Many thanks to the staff for taking care of us!

You can live, but it's not a place for couples, it's more like a place for entertainment with the opposite sex, the rooms are not cleaned.
