The water in glass bottles was embarrassing, so they drank the purchased water. the staff does not understand English at all, they even hardly understand Thai, so it will be extremely difficult to solve any problem. the sea here is so-so, dirty, dead fish can swim nearby, the water is cold. their pool is also not very good, the coverage at the bottom is just terrible , the Internet is good, everything loads

A small hotel with two buildings, squeezed on three sides by dense buildings in the form of neighboring hotels. The territory is tiny (there is nowhere to walk), the pool is small. There is a small beach, very few sun beds (10 pieces), umbrellas (many go to islands or excursions, so you can find a place or lie down on the sand). The sea is more or less clear in the morning, then the tide begins to ebb and there is no desire to swim anymore. We lived in the main building (where the reception is), the rooms are normal, but there is no sound insulation at all, the neighbors can be heard as if we all live in the same room. It is also impossible to sleep with an open balcony, as there are air conditioning units installed at the bottom of the facades (there are many of them), they make a lot of noise + the same noise comes from neighboring hotels. More or less normal rooms with sea views and a high floor. We were put in room 1206, and a day later we moved in (thanks to the guide), since there was also a room with generators under our room, and besides the noise, there was vibration. The majority of the hotel's guests are Chinese (it's very tiring), with a few Europeans and Russians. Breakfasts, cleaning, etc. are normal. The hotel is located remotely from all transport, there is nothing within walking distance to go anywhere, it is necessary to walk decently, either by taxi or a free shuttle from the hotel (runs 4 times a day to Terminal 21). There are no Tuk tuks (sancteo) near the hotel. There is a vegetable market and cafes within walking distance from the hotel, as well as pharmacy shops. We have concluded for ourselves that we will not go to this hotel anymore.

The room had a safe, kettle, TV. Tea, coffee, and sugar were replenished daily. The quality of Cleaning depended "on who is on duty today". In general, they cleaned well, but very superficially...
