I stayed at the hotel 2 times in 2022 and in 2024. The location of the hotel suited me - in a quiet courtyard, but everything is at hand. The rooms were neat and clean both times. The breakfasts are delicious and there is a good selection of dishes. The hotel staff is polite and hospitable!

The hotel is aimed at Chinese tourists. This should be added to your description so that tourists understand. Breakfast is served in a Chinese cafe, with some sausage, fried rice, vegetables and the opportunity to cook your own ramen soup. They don't speak Russian. The hotel itself is a disinterested and not ready to answer questions staff. The room and hallway are dirty. There is no sauna (although there is one in the hotel description), WiFi is available only in the lobby. There is also a karaoke club in the hotel building, open until 03:00. We had a room on the 3rd floor, and before the end of the establishment, we listened to songs in Chinese in not the best performance. There is either a TV or a refrigerator in the room (one outlet between them), a working refrigerator makes a drill sound. The room is very small. The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars. We had a room booked for 5 nights, we checked in late at night and decided to move out in the morning. The hotel receptionist didn't even have a question about why we were leaving earlier than the scheduled time.
