I liked the hotel first of all for its location. A quiet area, near a market, a shopping center, everyone bought souvenirs and gifts without any problems. All public transport is within walking distance. The rooms are clean, there is everything you need: refrigerator, hair dryer, soap accessories. The rooms have balconies. Yes, it is clear that the furniture is not new. but everything is good. There was a problem with the water / it was not cold / when checking in, but it was fixed quickly. Our breakfasts were included in the price, just gorgeous and delicious. There was a buffet where absolutely everything was presented: porridges, eggs in all kinds, nuts, pastries, homemade warm pancakes, various cold cuts, coffee beans and much more. I liked everything

The hotel is conveniently located near the center of the capital, attentive staff, delicious breakfasts and real Oriental hospitality! A great place to stay to visit the flourishing capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan!

Of the cons, everything is very old and dirty, there is no noise insulation at all, you can hear everything that happens in the next room and corridor, far from the sights
