This restaurant is the epitome of taste, attention and professionalism. The shish kebab was perfect: juicy, fragrant, perfectly cooked. Caesar is a rare case when a salad is served according to the classics, with thoughtful dressing and fresh ingredients, without "economical" simplifications.Special thanks to the chef. It is clear that there is a man in the kitchen who loves his job: the dishes are not only delicious, but also served without delay, with an accurate understanding of what a "high standard" is.Our waitress left a pleasant impression: attentive, confident, and considerate. Such service disposes and creates a sense of comfort.And, of course, I want to mention the barista. He doesn't just cook, he feels the drink. Both coffee and tea were made with a special taste. This is not at all the case when they pour you "for change" or with an emphasis on the cost of each syrup. This is especially felt against the background of other establishments where baristas can perceive a guest solely as a source of revenue: calculating syrups, sluggish drinks on the off chance, lack of taste and respect. Here— the opposite is true. The barista works like a conductor, creating a complete flavor composition, rather than just "pouring."Drinks are part of the atmosphere here, made with the mood, and you can feel it.Everything from the kitchen to the service details shows that this place respects the guest and their business.
