You must agree that recording by phone is much more convenient for today and in my case, a personal visit. But apparently your receptionist has a different opinion. I called to make an appointment for a professional dental cleaning, since last summer I had this procedure for the first time in this "institution". The cleaning was done by a male doctor, and I was very pleased with his meticulous work and the result. But I didn't remember the doctor's last name, because it was the first time I had seen him for this procedure, unlike Kashpur. And so I decided to repeat this procedure, of course, I liked the doctor. After all, I'm the client, and I'm paying a lot of money for the service (the price was 150p last summer), and in my opinion, I have the right to choose which specialist to go to. My request to the registrar is to make an appointment for brushing teeth, on a weekday, any time from 17:00. I was offered a time that was convenient for me, even at the end of next month (I don't mind waiting, I'm not on fire)I agreed, but I asked to see a male doctor, as I had already seen him once, and I liked it. To which they ask me the name of the doctor, and this is logical, I explain that I did not remember the last name, as I understand it, you have several male doctors who carry out cleaning. Her response: Well, I also don't know who you've been to, it's up to you to remember and write it down. I suggested that the receptionist use my card to find out the doctor's last name.Although, in the understanding of a normal healthy person, this, and without a sentence, should, maybe, should (call it what you want) be done by the registrar. To which I received an answer, a quote, a direct speech: I will not look at anything, I will not look at any cards!. I ask: How so, and why? Answer: Come in person and make an appointment. To which, of course, I replied: I will definitely come to the head doctor, let him personally, since you can't, look at my chart and make an appointment with a doctor. That was the end of the conversation. But my patience is not over. I call her back, she answers, and I ask her the question: Is it the time of the chief physician's appointment? Answer: Look at the website! And they hung up. If your staff is not aware, they have no right not to provide this information, even if it is indicated on the website! I will spend my time and will definitely come to this institution for the last time (thanks to such rudeness and piggishness) to clarify this incident.

I have a lot of experience going to dentists, it was the worst doctor at work, she doesn't care 100% about your teeth and what happens next to them, + she may lack basic knowledge (although this is unlikely), I think all the "mistakes" are due to ordinary negligence and unscrupulousness towards people. Highly not recommended! Even if you are not offered other doctors, it is better to pay a little more and go to another clinic, or wait for an appointment with another doctor if the dental condition allows it. I hope I can help someone protect their teeth from vandalism, because it's not easy for a conscientious doctor to spoil, but sometimes it's very expensive to restore, and sometimes it's not possible.
