I applied to this institution for first aid because it was the closest. For reference: every organization should have a full-time first aid kit, especially in healthcare institutions. after I contacted one of the employees of this pharmacy, asking her to treat the wound and apply a bandage, I only heard the excuse that she did not understand what I wanted from her, although I made it clear and explained in detail what she needed to do as an employee. after 4 unsuccessful attempts to ask for PP, I just left and went to another pharmacy where I received proper help. unlike this employee, who knows everything perfectly well but at the same time does not want to perform basic civil duties! I ask you to focus on preparing your employees for non-standard situations!
