He explains all the subtleties clearly and intelligibly, delving into all aspects of the issues, suggests possible solutions and, unlike related and higher-level specialists, clearly provides substantive answers. It's just a pity that the time for their specialists to complete the work is at least six months (at the time of my visit it was 7.5 months), so I recommend that you think about the time of visiting this organization very much in advance if there is such a need.
