On 04/01/25, we ordered an extract from the outpatient card. To do this, all the necessary tests and an ECG were performed on the same day.
04/07/25 it was necessary to pick up the statement.
The receptionist said that the statement was in room 110, and they waited in line for 1.5 hours under the office. When I entered the office, I was told that there was no statement there, so that they could go to the registry office. We went to the reception desk again and asked them to double-check the stack of statements. Again, nothing, they were sent to the 110th office again. In the office, the employee again stated that she did not have our statement, sent it to the registry. The receptionist told me to go up to room 307. We went.
In room 307, they told the receptionist and room 110 to go and sort it out, because the documents are all there.
We went back down. There are no documents in the registry, a medical card appeared in the 110th office, but without an extract. It is not clear where she went or if she was there at all. The response of the employee of the 110 cabinet"I don't know. What do you want from me? Contact us wherever you want." Maybe her office is her home, and I came without asking?
We contacted room 307 by phone, and finally they gave us an extract. It took 5 minutes from the call to the issue of the statement. 2.5 hours have passed since I arrived at the clinic!
I have questions about an employee of the 110th cabinet, whose competence I strongly doubt. And another question, why didn't cabinet 307 immediately take up this case, why did I have to go twice? Why is it such a mess at all?
I'm not even asking about apologies, which is probably the way to go - knocking out an extract from medical documents with nerves, running around offices, and a lot of wasted time.
But I think it's a complete bottom.

Dr. Yekushenko G. E. 30.10. removed my wife's wisdom tooth and only upon repeated treatment due to unbearable pain and the presence of a cheek tumor, prescribed an antibiotic without rinsing. There was no talk about sick leave. 6.11. having not decided to contact Yekushenko G. E., I had to go to the dentist for a visit. Peasant, where the doctor was surprised after the examination that everything was so neglected and the bone tissue began to fester. At the same time, my wife was on painkillers all the time. After helping and laying the medicine, the doctor prescribed a second course of antibiotics, rinsing and offered to come in 2 days for a second examination. I am outraged by the indifference of the doctor Yekushenko G. E. and I think that irreversible consequences could have occurred over a long weekend (4 days)! Before contacting a doctor, Yekushenko G. E., think a hundred times, because you can't return lost health!

In general, I am a regular guest of the dental department. I don't care about the interior, although many people undertake to describe it. I really like Rumyantseva's dentist, she is very responsive and competent, as far as I can tell. Of the dental surgeons, Platonov is very grateful for the relaxation of the atmosphere and pleasant manners, especially in such stressful moments when you come having already morally said goodbye to the tooth and with the fear of condemnation. In my opinion, he is experienced and professionally engaged in removal, even in difficult cases (mine, unfortunately, was like that, at least for me) he manages to still have time to support and calm down when he himself makes significant efforts to remove a complex tooth. In general, I want to say that I am grateful to the doctors for their work and how they cope with such a flow of work and negativity from dissatisfied citizens. (as for Platonov, I want to add that he often accepts faster than by appointment, thanks to operational work. and in front of me, he took an old woman of 90+ out of turn, was very polite to her, she even joked with him. I think this is a wonderful indicator of humanity.)
