I haven't seen such a piggish attitude towards patients for a long time. He got poisoned and came to his district doctor in the morning. I sat for an hour and a half waiting in line with a temperature of 38, did not sleep all night, nausea, vomiting and other troubles. While waiting, I saw a lot of ugly situations on the part of doctors, constant shouting, rudeness, rudeness, aggression and similar uncivilized antics. Finally it was my turn. Describing all the symptoms in detail, she didn't even turn in my direction, it felt like I was talking to a wall. At the end of my 5-minute monologue, she simply said that I was a "fool" and I needed to be examined by an endocrinologist first. Why am I obligated to waste my time in a serious condition? Even when I first asked for advice at the reception, I was immediately told to go to the doctor and not have to go through anything else. Well, thank you very much, our healthcare system is as good as ever, it felt better right away. He left with an extremely unpleasant feeling and a "stone" in his soul. After such an attitude, I no longer want to visit this clinic, I'd rather pay a small amount, but they will provide me with real help. The hand does not turn to put more than one star.

Why make an appointment on time if they receive it with long delays?!I am particularly disappointed that we signed up on Tuesday for the day of the baby and big children come in earlier, to which the doctor replies that they were recorded earlier, and the recording delay is already 15 minutes , we have arrived on time!the child is 4 months old.There is no queue in other clinics !!!!Then why make a separate day if you are still sitting with adult children in line and receiving with delays ???Everyone is coughing, children with fever can easily catch an infection!!!The doctor eventually replied: - If the child does not have immunity, he will get sick anyway!Is this normal?It 's easy for an adult to pick up here, and even more so for a child !Let them sit in line with the sick themselves and see their immunity!

I am glad that there are no long queues, if by appointment they call themselves (it is very convenient, even though the baby is breastfed + recording, there will still be 'mothers to ask me', which is extremely incomprehensible and inconvenient for me, everything is clear here.

Rybakova will never accept a minute earlier. And the examination lasts no more than 2 minutes, and you have to sit for half an hour and not a minute earlier, please excuse me, in this situation, I consider it blasphemy! The ophthalmologist doctor was very busy - sitting at the table doing nothing at that moment, she could take a 2-year-old child and sit on. The most surprising and probably not pleasant thing is that I asked her to see us for about five minutes... And so it is constantly. I have never met such a callous doctor, especially a child's one. The nurse who sits at the doctor's appointment is a very rude woman. In general, the office is still the same. And the diagnosis was also not made, treat with what they treated for three more days. The diagnosis is that the eyes are still reddish...
