They dragged all the doctors for a month, they did not make an adequate diagnosis, they canceled the procedures, sent them for surgical treatment, for consultations on the operation - they canceled the operation and prescribed treatment back too! There are only boors at the cash desk with paid services! The reception is even worse! We wrote a complaint, in the book of comments, the result was just a person who called back, without solving the problem, asked to write on a piece of paper that the problem was solved and reset the photo to Viber! I come from a small town, this is the first time I've seen such an attitude in a clinic! It's easy to sign up for an ultrasound scan during the ultrasound examiner's lunch! To do a CT scan 2 times because the doctor did not finish reading something there, it is even easier! If you don't want to spend all your time sitting in line, even though you sign up online at a certain time, then don't come here! Because there are very "trained experts" at the reception who have the right to decide who to give an emergency ticket to and skip the queue, and who not! It is better to spend money and go to belsono than to waste your nerves and time there, but save money! It's terrible!

К отдельным специалистам с записью туго бывает, но в целом, всегда можно записаться максимально быстро в удобное время! I have been served in this clinic for a year now, in terms of comfort and atmosphere of the "institution" 5/5, but the level of quality of services is 2/5 because it is impossible to make an appointment with a doctor, you call - 30 in line, some employees are rude, unpleasant. On average, it is better than the polyclinic of the USSR, but against the background of modernity, the level is lame, no offense.

The only plus is the new building, but who "treats" inside is a huge minus. When servicing at the place of residence, many procedures are available for free, but I would like them to be carried out professionally. Young doctors run to the heads for advice on every occasion. A lump was found in the chest, a THIAB was prescribed under ultrasound control, but the young doctor did not even use a gel guide for ultrasound, but without it, nothing is visible on ultrasound... I do not know what she "saw" without gel and "examined", because they did not give me a detailed conclusion, they just said that everything was fine.

I go with poisoning for 5 days, but because of the "clean" tests they can't give me a sick leave, but you can't work with diarrhea, although before that they gave me no problems, they gave me a referral to an infectious diseases hospital. Even there they said that the tests may show that there is nothing, but the viral poisoning will not go away.

Good evening. I was in this clinic for the first time. The clinic is at the highest level, courteous receptionists. The impression of the doctor's visit left much to be desired. In the direction I came to an appointment with an otorhinolaryngologist, I had a picture on my hands on which there were questions. The reception was conducted by Dr. E.E. Shvadronova, very incompetently asked 5 times the question for what purpose I came. How can you ask such questions when you see a picture? Then why would a doctor with such a new and wonderful equipment who cannot examine a patient and make a diagnosis? I am leaving a review here and will definitely apply for a book of suggestions and comments. Good health to all and competent doctors.

I didn 't like the attitude of the radiologists .Description of the CT scan the next day .Despite the fact that there are no queues, they are sent from other clinics.As I didn't ask, explaining that I live alone and it's hard for me to walk, we didn't go to the meeting.Moreover, they gave the unwritten disk without explaining that it was empty.They usually write it down right away .As a result, the doctor did not receive enough information at a paid appointment, and for me the money for the consultation was wasted.I believe that more humane people should work in medicine, not random people.And the approach should also be individual .Is it really so difficult to meet the patient halfway when they ask and explain the situation? Going on principle in medicine is unacceptable.With an empty corridor in front of the office, this is most outraged.New premises and new equipment are not all important people.

I never write reviews, but I just wanted to. Good reviews, obviously not real! The attitude of the doctors is disgusting. Genicologist Selitskaya does not even hide her dislike at all, she never explains anything, her face already changes from additional questions, I do not know only yes or no to questions. A doctor and an assistant are sitting in the office, so why should the patient measure his own blood pressure? She is very worried that God forbid they would come to her once again, she sends them to everyone in a row, just not to her... Her displeasure is written on her face. There is no attitude, including towards pregnant women. The ultrasound room is a horror, anyone comes into the office, they discuss personal topics while you get dressed and nobody cares, no communication, comments that shows ultrasound, a piece of paper in your teeth and go ... The rest of the doctors I was with are also not doctors ... With what do not come, they will prescribe you nisulid and dosvidos, even without understanding the problem.... Apart from the fact that it is new, there is nothing pleasant about it. Only the girls at the reception desk are nice, which is very surprising.

Хирурга НЕТ!!!! От слова, совсем!!!! Попасть на прием к заведующей ( хирургу) нереально!!!!говорят вы не по записи, но, когда хочешь записаться или приходишь за талоном , то, оказывается 1 или 2 талона были, простояла в очереди с 8 утра и дважды пыталась попасть в 109 кабинет, ( заведующей), но мне сказали, что принимают по записи или экстренных больных, хотя экстренных, я там не наблюдала!!!! Самое ужасное отношение к людям, которым нужна помощь!!! Была на приёме у врача общей практики с повреждённым пальцем 28 августа, сказали сильный ушиб, но.... палец до сих пор не прошёл, поэтому пыталась попасть на прием к хирургу и уточнить, почему не проходит опухоль и боль, а мне было сказано, что мне оказали первую помощь!! Простите, КАКУЮ ПОМОЩЬ Я ПОЛУЧИЛА???!!! В виде обезболивающих и геля Найз??? Уже вторую неделю пытаюсь записаться, чтобы было понятно: по интернет записи и в самой поликлинике, но .. запись отсутствует! Поэтому объясните, как попасть к хирургу???!!! Учитывая, что работаю строителем, а значит руками!!!!

Самая современная поликлиника в Гомеле. Обращался за анализами, нужно было сделать биохимию. Был удивлён, что перечень исследований не уступает перечням, предлагаемых платными клиниками. А цена оказалась гораздо ниже. Девочки из лаборатории очень доступно объяснили, что мне нужно делать в моей ситуации. Был приятно удивлён их профессиональным подходом и заботой о пациенте. Буду ещё обращаться.

I am very unhappy with this polyclinic!!!!!I can't make an appointment with any therapist.not to a neurologist.An appointment with a therapist in 10 days.the same situation applies to a neurologist.Additional coupons by 7 a.m.I came by 7 and in the morning.there are no additional coupons anymore.I am hypertensive.I had a pre-stroke condition.I did an MRI for a fee two months ago.I can't show my results to a neurologist.and now I feel worse again.but all medications.prescription droppers.What should I do-and I want to live!!!Polyclinic is disgusting.

Много молодых специалистов. Большое количество медицинской техники для диагностики и лечения вашего организма. Время ожидания у врачей иногда оставляет желать лучшего, но в свою очередь врачи опытные и отзывчивые. Желаю всем реже бывать в таких заведениях, но если все же придется, то качественное оборудование и дружелюбный персонал оставит только положительные эмоции).

Всё новое, чисто. Очень удобно, а главное понятно всё организовано. Вежливый персонал. В момент моего посещения, очередей небыло. Один из положительных плюсов, это возможность быстро дозвониться. На все анализы, флюрку и кардиограмму для выписки, затрачено 20-30 мин. Спасибо за ваш труд.

К врачам не записаться,особенно через интернет,хотя коридоры пустые,пациентов нет.Вопрос как формируется запись?!!!В электронной карточке может появиться чужой диагноз,что говорится о холатном отношении.Оснащение мед.оборудыванием, по сравнению с другими мед учреждениями, отличное.Квалификация врачей низкая.Опытных врачей нет,работает одна молодежь и то постоянная текучка кадров и на лицах нежелание работать.
