An amazing doctor! Sincere thanks to Irina Ivanovna Korolenko, General practitioner! This is probably the only doctor in this clinic who really listens attentively, carefully examines and makes an accurate diagnosis. Thanks to her professionalism and empathetic attitude, I received treatment, which quickly helped. She doesn't just formally do her job, but genuinely cares about the patients – you can feel it right away. If you need a competent, responsible and humane doctor, I definitely recommend it. There are few such specialists now, and I am very glad that I was lucky enough to get to her. Thank you, Irina Ivanovna, for your attitude to work and patients! I went to the doctor with pain in the groin area, instead of immediately sending me for MRI, scintigraphy and angiography with contrast, I was simply sent to other doctors and paid to undergo ultrasound tests and so on. What do I pay taxes for every month? Why don't clinics have MRI and endovascular surgeons who can help? They're still sitting there with tired faces. If you're tired of your job, then why do you go to it at all? Don't take other people's places, the same endovascular surgeons who can help and will be happy to do so may be sitting in your place. Three weeks later, the call is to the hospital. There was an emergency at work. She refused. I thought: in 3 weeks they might offer. No way. I went, I clarified with her: maybe I need to rewrite? no. no need. You're on the record. for 4 months now, I have not been offered anything. I went to the clinic today: why haven't I been offered anything in 4 months? what is the run-up from 3 weeks to 4 months? I got to Kaptur. She can't sign me up. I have to get treatment first. which one? vitamins, painkillers are drunk, 7 blockade injections are given in a paid clinic. Did they take me off the queue??? or are there different queues? Now we have a new therapist at our site, 2024, Chernyavskaya O.M. I have been discussing this clinic for 34 years, but I have not seen such a miracle. Diagnoses are made through the wall, the person does not enter the office, but the diagnosis is already ready. And if you are lucky enough to get into the office, then the question of what to do if your sugar has risen, you will be answered - live!! That's not all the pearls. I wonder if the management of this institution reads our reviews or if they, like our therapist, don't give a damn about us all.

I have been served for several years in this clinic. I used to be served in another clinic , so in comparison , this clinic was always better for me . I rarely apply , but this year I had to . So , I came across rudeness already in the recording window . Women , employees are rude, terrible. Rude speech . They look like I came to their house to make an appointment with a doctor at 00:00. But the berries were further away . In the doctor's office, I came across a doctor's hysteria that there were no coupons , but I was in their office , to my question , so where should I close the sick leave you prescribed , the doctor just left the office , and the nurse stubbornly ignored my question , what should I do and where to go... I got through to the man from the fifth time!! Is this normal??? Is that how they work in polyclinics now?? If they have weak nerves , no one holds them .I consider such an attitude towards work and patients unacceptable!

No relation to patients! I am serviced at my place of work. Since the X-ray does not work there, they gave a referral to their clinic. I belong to the 9th branch by registration. They sent me from the registry to check in the X-ray room. From there, go to the therapist for a coupon. Since I don't know the therapist, I went to the registry. The receptionist called the therapist, they did not record it, they said via the Internet. The site is not loading, error 403 is overloaded. The time is 11.50, the doctor is up to 12.30. I think I'll go up and ask. There are no people! One person in the office. I went in at about 12.07. They asked by appointment - no, they told me to go out and wait. At 12.20 they told me to come in. Trepachko's doctor refused to give a ticket without an appointment, despite the referral, the absence of a queue and another 10 minutes of appointment according to the schedule. Is the patient's attitude normal? I think not!!!
