Toilet stops were made regularly, but we stopped at gas stations where there was 1 toilet for the entire bus, and we had to queue for 20 minutes to stop. I didn't like the accompanying Valentina, the attitude towards tourists is at zero, she pretends that she doesn't hear the request, but she didn't forget to remind us to hurry up at the stops. Therefore, there is little use from such an escort. I had to leave my mother and child at the border, because no one warned me that the birth certificate was not suitable for departure, and no one even asked about the fate of tourists from the bus (was there a way to get home, would there be a place to wait for a car or transport).the escort just got on the bus and drove on. They asked me to turn on the movie half the way, and the air conditioner was turned on, apparently to cool down. The movie was turned on, but with 10 requests. I would like to note that I went to St. Petersburg for the second time, the program has not changed in any way in 2 years. On the way back from Tsarskoye Selo, they took me to a store where there's not even a sink in the toilets to wash my hands, let alone have a proper lunch somewhere. They asked to go to a normal supermarket with a food court, which they also refused, arguing that there are no such shops on the outskirts of St. Petersburg :)))) In St. Petersburg, tourists are taken to a souvenir shop, the prices there are too high, but the store was given good publicity, apparently there is some kind of kickback for purchases. In general, I do not advise contacting this office, because the buses are old, there is no attitude towards tourists, but the prices are higher than the average in the city.
