I took off one star just for carrying out repairs. I understand, it's not the season, you can drill…From about 10 a.m., they drill with three drills. Well, we were going to the city at that time, so it didn't bother much. Moreover, for such money (30 euros / night) it is difficult to find something more or less decent. The breakfast is great, there's even soup, several types of hot, and only jam and cupcake are sweet. But you won't leave hungry. The rooms are not fresh, but they are clean, and there is cleaning and towel change every day. There are no toothbrushes. Tea bags and 1.5 liters of water bottle are not replenished after check-in. The linen is snow-white. There is a small amount of mold in the seams in the shower stall. Once again, decent breakfasts and walking distance to the metro and tram take all the disadvantages into the background. There is also a street bazaar with cheap things and groceries next to the Fatih Mosque on Wednesdays. I hope the renovation will be completed soon and this hotel will shine with new colors. P.S.: on the day of arrival, we escaped from the Guler Palas hotel and booked the nearest budget hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. This hotel corresponds to at least three stars exactly

Excellent location: There are two metro lines within walking distance, bus stops in different directions, many attractions, and the location from the terrace, which by the way has a swimming pool, is just GREAT. The "Room + Breakfast" option gives you a boost of energy, without snacking, for most of the day. The staff is polite and attentive, responsive to requests. I recommend this option!!!!

A 2+ or 3-room hotel - Good rooms only on the 1st floor, they are Deluxe. But even there, the towels look like they're 100 years old... For 4 nights, the linen has not been changed even once. Breakfasts- well, you won't stay hungry, but very sparsely. The location of the hotel is quite convenient.
