The rooms are clean, but! The kettle in the room was broken, the minibar was empty, the towel hooks in the bathroom were broken, the shower was leaking, and there were no bathrobes. The bed with mattress and pillows are good, the linen is clean. The armchair and the chair are already pretty flooded with drinks and it is not pleasant to sit on them. The air conditioner was not working for heating. It was noisy, but there was no heat coming out of it, and it was +3 degrees at night. The breakfast is hearty, but a modest choice. The greens, namely the arugula, were yellow, apparently already dead. The cups for hot tea and coffee are dirty. The SPA is a big disappointment. The pool is cold. The sauna is cold. The hammam wasn't working, it wasn't turned on. It's time to repair the showers, everything is falling apart there, as well as the wet sauna. The SPA definitely needs urgent repairs. There is a very difficult narrow entrance to the parking lot, be careful. The staff is very pleasant and courteous.
