A few months ago, we ordered activated bananas from this company 30 by 40 for silkscreen printing, the packages turned out to be inactive - our client returned the print run - the logo fell off the package. The packages were replaced for us and we reprinted them again at our own expense (the work is extensive in printing and expensive, but we turned a blind eye to it - we decided that everyone has difficulties and asked only to replace the material). Recently, a similar situation occurred - we ordered 1000 T-shirts 30 by 54 (they told us what these T-shirts would do for us, they said that all their packages were activated), we printed the print run and returned again, the paint flies off like a husk. When we asked to replace the packages and compensate for the cost of the work carried out, Artyom (an employee) arrived, checked the packages and confirmed that they were not activated again and promised a refund. Then Lara called and explained that they would not reimburse the cost of the work, they would only refund the money for the packages and they would no longer work with us, and in general, their packages should not be activated and it was our own fault that the paint did not hold, although at the next conversation she changed her mind again and said yes, the packages should be active. And she promised the conclusion of a technologist, because Artyom is a manager and is not competent in this matter. We also asked for communication with the management, which was refused. Later, Artyom called again and said that there would be no conclusion from the technologist and the head would not call us, they returned us 1080 UAH for packages and did not want to work with us. In total, because of this company, we lost 2 clients, now we cover the reworking of the circulation at our own expense, they also make us guilty, they carry crazy nonsense about the activation not turned on at the beginning of the roll and the already turned on everything. All our conversations are recorded - the information that Lara and Artyom say changes several times. I want to hear what the management will say about the work of their employees and how their customers lose their customers because of the disgusting quality!!!
