It is impossible to remain silent. On March 8, the child asked for fact-food from this institution. Realizing that there would be problems with delivery due to the holiday, she came to pick up the order herself. The application warns that the order will be ready in 40-50 minutes. Considering the holiday, I arrive in 1.5 hours. The receptionist confidently and without apologies informs me that my order has not even been prepared. When asked what I should do now, which option offers, he answers me cancel the order or wait. I ask how much longer I have to wait. The administrator says "I do not know!". There's a curtain on it. A "gift" for March 8th, so to speak, from the Coodweek. And the institution deleted the order on its own in my application! Therefore, I never RECOMMEND this institution to anyone, because they behave like a "Sharashkin's office". Where no one is responsible for anything. Every gopher is an agronomist. But no one knows anything.
