11/26/2021 I bought tights at the GoodZone store. I already opened it at home and saw that the size of the tights did not match. On 11/27/2021, I decided to return the product or exchange it. I went to the cashier, she said that the product in the "non-refundable" category. But the second tights don't match the size at all!!! I asked for the hotline number, she said we didn't have a number. I started reading all the signs and lo and behold, the number is there!!! I called the hotline, at first they agreed, and then they said no, we can't make a refund for this product. Okay, let's say. The most infuriating thing was the cashier's lies, and the fact that the tights did not match the size!!

Shoes of disgusting quality are the cheapest available! Prices are higher than in neighboring stores with the same assortment. I bought several pairs of shoes - sneakers and sneakers, I spent less than a month in both, the sole burst. There is a problem with the exchange and return in magin autumn. I do not recommend it!

The Goodzone chain of stores has not heard about consumer rights! And when buying their cheap things, be prepared that you will have to come back here to change them or return the money. It is better to add a little and buy a thing of normal quality than outright consumer goods, then you will not have to spoil your nerves with the exchange. A miser pays twice.
