The restaurant is temporarily closed, but breakfast can be ordered. One of the "advantages" is the city center, and there seems to be parking, but it's somewhere separate in the backyard, in a dark, unguarded cul-de-sac. But you also have to pay for it.

Very poor price-quality balance. The hotel is not worth the money they are asking for. Even the comfort room is just a bed, a shower, an armchair. There are only 3 sockets, as well as the devices in the room. A Soviet refrigerator, a burnt-out kettle, and the only thing that's relatively good is a TV. There is no Internet, it is possible to snatch Wi-Fi from time to time, but it often turns out to be without Internet. There are no balconies either. The prices are exorbitantly inflated due to the lack of comfort. As a flophouse is normal. But paying 85 rubles a day in a flophouse is too much.
