The hotel in the spirit of Soviet times, spacious lobby, strict interior without frills, is located in the center and is the hallmark of the city of Baranovichi. They greeted us kindly, quickly settled everyone into their rooms, and helped us connect to local Wi-Fi. Yes, I agree, the numbers can be updated a bit) To open the door, I had to get used to it, for many the front door did not open or close. And, in general, I liked everything! When I saw my huge bed and panoramic windows, also on the 9th floor, I was very pleased with such a spacious room. The room has everything, a kettle, a TV, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, and bathroom accessories. The bed, as a separate kind of art, is soft, airy, just fell asleep, rarely where you can sleep like that and there was no audibility. Even the parquet gives this room its own sophistication) The breakfast was continental, everyone had the same, simple but satisfying. The interior of the restaurant was also impressive, as if I had been in some movie of the 80s. I recommend you to visit.

Everything went according to plan, but in the late afternoon it turned out that it would not be possible to leave: the transport failed, and the apartment rental did not work out either. I had to urgently look for a place to spend the night. We quickly scrolled through the Internet, and based on the location and reviews, we chose the Horizon Hotel — in the city center, conveniently.The hotel, of course, is not new — it's obvious right away. The interior is old, the furniture is simple, but everything is neat. The room was clean, the bed was fresh, the bathroom was tidy, the towels were clean, the water was hot. We checked in quickly, the receptionist was very friendly, even helped with choosing the nearest cafe for dinner.There was breakfast in the morning — nothing special, but quite satisfying: porridge, sandwiches, tea. The children liked it, but the main thing for us was just to eat before the trip. In general, it feels like the staff is trying — they do everything with all their heart, despite the modest conditions.For a family with children, this is not an ideal option, of course — there is no play area, the rooms are not very spacious. But if you just need to spend the night without overpaying, and at the same time feel safe, Horizon is quite suitable. Thank you for your hospitality

What can we say about disposable slippers, a hairdryer and tea bags - there were none. Refrigerator and TV are available! And I would like to add another chair and a bedside table on the other side of the bed. Of course, this did not prevent us from relaxing.

Everything here has been preserved since the Soviet era. We lived here as a schoolgirl 40 years ago during a 4-day tour of Belarus. Now there's the same path running the length of the hallway, the same creaking parquet. I got to live in a suite for 4,500 Russian rubles. per day. The atmosphere of the "luxury" does not pull clearly. The furniture was not new, the parquet creaked so that at night all the neighboring rooms heard me going to the toilet. The restaurant is temporarily closed, but breakfast can be ordered. One of the "advantages" is the city center, and there seems to be parking, but it's somewhere separate in the backyard, in a dark, unguarded cul-de-sac. But you also have to pay for it.

There are only 3 sockets, as well as the devices in the room. A Soviet refrigerator, a burnt-out kettle, and the only thing that's relatively good is a TV. There is no Internet, it is possible to snatch Wi-Fi from time to time, but it often turns out to be without Internet. There are no balconies either. This hotel shouldn't have any stars. Check-in was late, the music was blaring in the restaurant so that no one at the reception could be heard, they said that this would happen until 12 o'clock at night.. Accordingly, the whole drunken company is wandering around the floors for even longer with screams and fights. The number is depressing: there's a finger-sized gap in the front door, the towels have clearly been used since the 80s (and they've never been changed in 3 days, only the garbage was thrown away, not to mention the sand on the floor). Breakfast is terrible: a couple of sausages, cheese, sauerkraut (morning...), for tea (or rather for water for it) you need to go with a mug across the hall, where they will pour you water from a dirty, incomprehensible container or you can pour yourself with a ladle from a saucepan. If you want to get out of your comfort zone, come here. PySy: every morning there is always a fight in the basement bar with a riot police call.

The room has a bathroom (soap accessories, toilet paper, several types of towels, 2 sets), a commander (clothes hangers and a spare blanket are available), an armchair, a double bed, a bedside table, a night light, a table, a TV (with cable channels), a refrigerator. The outlet is only near the TV (with 2 sockets), which is not very convenient. But there is no kettle, although there was a kettle on the website. As it turned out, there are no kettles in the rooms in the entire hotel. I've been reading about dirt and insects in Belarusian hotels. But it's quite normal here. Dirt and dust are not visible. The room is large. The interior is quite modern. The bathroom is just like in Soviet times, but it doesn't matter. The hotel is located in the city center, there are many cafes and coffee shops nearby, there is a cinema, and the hotel itself has a restaurant. Breakfast is offered for an additional fee. Parking near the hotel is paid (4 rubles per day), but you can find free parking nearby and park your car there. There is a cooler in the lobby, but you can't bring water with you. There is a living room on the floor (ironing board and microwave). Overall, I liked it.

There are towels - clean, soft, thick enough. The bathroom has a shower cabin and is also very clean. It is clear that they are watching the condition of the plumbing. But 100 meters from the hotel there is a pedestrian boulevard Stockerau with many restaurants and cafes. Well, a small minus is the unemotional staff. For this price, we were offered soup (very thick, rich) with bread, meat with potatoes, salad with vegetables, ham and cheese, cupcake and compote. The room is two-room with a large bathroom, but it would be better to be twice as small and twice as high-quality. I would say: a slightly powdered "scoop". The bed in the room is normal, but extra. my back still remembers the place in the form of a sofa with rough transitions. The hotel itself and the rooms are located somewhere in the eighties of the last century. If you are plagued by nostalgia for the Soviet hotel service, you are welcome here. Wallpapers don't live that long, so they can be fresher, but everything else... Plumbing, faucets, bathroom tiles, small things, electrics are all from the past, even the TV. Not all rooms have hot water. The electronic room key is a wooden block with the key to a collapsed Soviet castle. A luxury teapot, like cups, must be earned. The bed is not made. I clean it every two days. The TV may not work. The corridors are dark. There is a watchman at the reception at night. If you arrive at night, I don't know how you will check in. Breakfast at 7.00 should be arranged, only from 8.00. It's paid. Three stars are proudly shining above the entrance. That's such nonsense. It's like time has gone back. A shame for a city like Baranovichi

There is a wind outside, the windows are plastic, nevertheless the wind is whistling, there is a muzzle from the windows. I took a blanket from the closet - it leaves much to be desired, everything is stained, in someone's hair. There are two sockets in the room, far from the bed. The bathroom is generally a separate story. Turning on the shower, it splashes in all directions except the right one, annual dust has accumulated in the ventilation. The floors are also not in the best condition, both visually and creakily. Each step is a new piece of music. The front door near the handle is broken, thank you for doing without splinters. The door to the room does not close at all from the word, it just does not fit into its own door frame. Among the advantages: a comfortable mattress on the bed, a work TV and a refrigerator. In general, it will go to spend the night for the day, nevertheless, one could think about repairs

On July 16, upon arrival, it turned out that there was no water in the hotel until 3 p.m., no one could even wash their hands, an annoying fact. The rooms are asking for repairs, I would say THEY are SCREAMING, and most of the reviews here indicate this, it was unpleasant to be in the room, for one night it would just do for the company's money. There was a stink of smoke on the floor, which was reported to the staff, I hope measures were taken. Breakfast in the style of "eat what they bring", they didn't even offer a choice of coffee, tea was brought, and it was generally sparse. We were warned that breakfast started at 7:30 a.m. and arrived at 7:35 a.m. - without exaggeration, absolutely ALL the tables were covered with crumbs, garbage, leftovers, tea and sugar packages. I'm sorry, but I don't want to come back here again.
