Borscht is barely warm, there is a little warm water in the cups, there are no teaspoons. Portions weren't put everywhere, so I had to ask everyone to get it. Okay, sometimes you miscalculate. We sat down to eat, found a hair in my husband's plate, called the waitress Diana to replace the plate. She took it, brought his own plate with a replaced pancake, in which they found a hair. In the end, they didn't eat, they got carried away. Thank you for a lovely, cold lunch. If I'm ever in Vitebsk again, I definitely won't come to you. It's a pity that our tour operator didn't know what catering arrangements for groups were here.
