We celebrated our birthday in November 2025 at the Gorod restaurant and were absolutely delighted! I would like to share my vivid impressions. Cuisine: Impeccable! All the dishes were fresh, deliciously cooked and beautifully served. None of our large company had the slightest complaints. Service: At the highest level. The staff was attentive, polite, and all issues were resolved instantly. It felt like we were really welcome and wanted to make our holiday enjoyable. Atmosphere and entertainment: Special respect for the musical accompaniment! The DJs have chosen a chic mix that appeals to both the youth and the older generation. However, a small caveat is that to order a personal song for the birthday boy, you will have to fork out 20 BYN. In my opinion, it's a bit expensive for one track, but it was very enjoyable and created that very special moment. We successfully diluted our feast and dancing with bowling. I RECOMMEND IT! It was a brilliant idea! The paths are wonderful and well maintained. We booked two at once, and the coolest thing was that only our company was in the game area, which made the process really comfortable and fun. Prices: In general, they are quite adequate for an institution of this level. For the money that we spent, we received a huge positive charge, hearty and delicious dishes and excellent service. Bottom line: The "City" is an ideal place to celebrate a birthday. We left happy and full of positive emotions. We will definitely come back again! I recommend it!

Borscht is barely warm, there is a little warm water in the cups, there are no teaspoons. Portions weren't put everywhere, so I had to ask everyone to get it. Okay, sometimes you miscalculate. We sat down to eat, found a hair in my husband's plate, called the waitress Diana to replace the plate. She took it, brought his own plate with a replaced pancake, in which they found a hair. In the end, they didn't eat, they got carried away. Thank you for a lovely, cold lunch. If I'm ever in Vitebsk again, I definitely won't come to you. When preparing the menu, the director of the restaurant Natalia Leonidovna and the administrator Tatiana helped to make the menu correctly, recommended the dishes, as a result - the table was gorgeous, the food was amazing, everything was delicious without exception. In short, the cuisine is excellent, the prices are reasonable. We were served by the waiter Ekaterina, an attentive and polite girl, the tables were clean throughout the banquet, hot dishes and snacks were served on time. The administrator Elena helped to meet the young people with a loaf, together with Ekaterina they organized a beautiful presentation of the wedding cake, and the singer Anastasia told the newlyweds beautiful words of congratulations from the restaurant. The singers worked hard, the music was "live" almost the whole evening, the repertoire was excellent. The wedding was held at the highest level, everyone was very satisfied!!! But the biggest problem is the lack of balls, especially if there is a company playing on track 1, where there are girls, and on the other there are children or girls too. There are only 2 and 1 by 8 balls of 7 kg, no one wants to give in, because everyone paid the money and I want to play normally, and not guard the balls and stand with a dissatisfied look. We ordered two bowling alleys on the occasion of a children's birthday.From the very beginning, we were greeted by an employee with a displeased expression and screams — the reason was that we did not bring a change of shoes. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, she communicated aggressively for 20 minutes, after which she reluctantly opened the closet and, saying: "I don't have to give shoes to everyone," she said.I would like to note that the shoes are issued without shoe covers, which causes obvious discomfort: the shoes are wet, obviously worn before us, and it is unpleasant to put them on. Sanitary standards, at a minimum, must be observed, especially when it comes to children.Later, the same employee started yelling at us because we had hung our jackets in the wrong place, and it was not initially indicated where the wardrobe was located. No information or politeness, just reproaches and shouts.When it was finally game time, no one was in the mood anymore. The rules were not explained to the children, no one instructed them — as a result, they played like football. Moreover, they themselves did not want this employee to approach them — her behavior and intonation caused them fear and dislike.An attempt to leave a complaint by phone at the institution itself was also unsuccessful: the same woman answered the call, introducing herself as the administration. She promised to "figure it out," but instead of apologizing, she started praising herself.Later, we filed a complaint with the trade department, where we were assured that there were "no negative reviews" on this employee. This is puzzling, since in our experience such behavior is clearly not an isolated one.We also want to mention the technical problems: the bowling alley broke down several times, and we had to spend the paid minutes waiting while it was slowly repaired.In addition, despite the presence of children, men who came in from the street with bottles were calmly drinking alcohol. The employee, observing this, did not make a single comment, although, apparently, drinking alcohol in such places is prohibited.The overall impression is extremely negative. A visit to this institution left a persistent unpleasant aftertaste. This is the first time we've been here, and we probably won't be coming back. We also do not recommend this place to others, especially families with children.
