I called at 2:40 p.m. with a desire to make an appointment for a simple haircut. They said come by 3 p.m. I fly out of the house, literally running. I come in, and from the area of the working craftsmen I hear, "who told her that she would be accepted?" The administrator returns and says that "the appointment has arrived at this time, we didn't think it would come." So at 2:40 p.m., the receptionist already concluded that the appointment for 3 p.m. would not show up, and pushed me in there? I didn't remember the administrator's name, dark girl, the name starts with Sh. To the question "what should I do now?" - rewrite the answer. I'd rather re-record to a place where the client's time is valued and they don't give a damn about recording.
