There is a convenient waiting area, a coffee shop nearby. But in some cases, you can pay by card, and in others only in cash. Everything looks clean and tidy inside. But when I arrived, they started scolding me from the doorway about how bad my hair was. I just came for a haircut. I won't come here anymore. I will continue to look for a place where they will cut hair simply and quickly without unnecessary words. Because so a haircut is stressful for me, and when the hairdresser humiliates me, then the mood is completely zero.

I recently had a pedicure at this salon because my master was on sick leave. I managed to make a different length and shape on each finger! This is especially evident on the thumbs! At the end of the work, I pointed this out to the master. In response, I heard, they say, it's your fingers that are like that! She flatly refused to redo it! I did not contact the boorish receptionist, because I witnessed her talking to other women. I just didn't want to spoil my mood any further. She flew out of this "salon" like a bullet. Don't set foot in there anymore! As a result, she wore closed shoes on vacation. But after 2 weeks, my master fixed everything! Yes, about 2 years ago my daughter did highlights there. The horror is terrible, when the hair was gathered into a ponytail after the salon, all the flaws became visible: unpainted, untouched temples and the back of the head! And she often wears a bun. As a result, this problem was fixed elsewhere. Naturally, I had to pay a lot of money for highlighting. In general, although this salon is the closest to our house, we will avoid it!

Question: if you, as a working foreman, don't know how to calculate your time, maybe you shouldn't record clients so close to each other in time? There are no questions for the administrator, the girl apologized and offered to rewrite to another number.
I also want to add that if you sign up with Konstantin for coloring, he can optionally add red to your brown, for example, without even asking you about it)
As a result, we have a master who not only does not know how to manage his time, but also adds adjustments to the haircut at his discretion and coloring, as well as the inability to communicate with people. I strongly advise against going to Konstantin.
It's a pity for the time spent, but I don't want to give this master a chance anymore.

When more than an hour had passed, it turned out that 2 masters on complex coloring, 1 takes men first, and 1 master remains - a young girl who smoothes the tips - 30min! As a result, I waited 1h40min (it was a pity to leave after spending so much time). The haircut took about an hour (it is 2 times longer than usual). What's the good of all this? Probably a low cost, but it comes with the same quality of service.
I do not understand why it was necessary to deceive, initially speaking about 4 masters, why this live queue at all, if it is faster to die from waiting than to get a haircut

I visited this barbershop for about six months. There are no questions about the haircut, the masters are excellent and polite. But there are questions about the organization of an appointment for a haircut.
When making an appointment, at least for a man's haircut, they do not take a phone number. And, it would seem, it doesn't matter. But today there was a force majeure, and the male master was busy in the women's hall. Accordingly, I was not warned about this. They asked me to wait 15-20 minutes - I waited 30. When asked how much longer to wait, I heard the answer - another 20 minutes. Has left. Whether the subsequent wait would have taken 20 minutes or an hour, I no longer know.
Force majeure can be always and everywhere. No one is immune from this, but it is correct and good practice to warn customers about them, and for this you need to take phone numbers. Perhaps someone has plans and he has exactly this 30-minute window for a haircut. By the way, the other guy who was on the record after me was asked to come in an hour.
In general, it's annoying, it's a shame. Despite the satisfaction with the haircut and the craftsmen, I will look for something else, because the sediment is unpleasant.
