When making an appointment, at least for a man's haircut, they do not take a phone number. And, it would seem, it doesn't matter. But today there was a force majeure, and the male master was busy in the women's hall. Accordingly, I was not warned about this. They asked me to wait 15-20 minutes - I waited 30. When asked how much longer to wait, I heard the answer - another 20 minutes. Has left. Whether the subsequent wait would have taken 20 minutes or an hour, I no longer know.
Force majeure can be always and everywhere. No one is immune from this, but it is correct and good practice to warn customers about them, and for this you need to take phone numbers. Perhaps someone has plans and he has exactly this 30-minute window for a haircut. By the way, the other guy who was on the record after me was asked to come in an hour.
In general, it's annoying, it's a shame. Despite the satisfaction with the haircut and the craftsmen, I will look for something else, because the sediment is unpleasant.
