On a first-come, first-served basis, the experience of waiting has already been and is not amused. In general, the place is not exactly heavenly, but the price and proximity to the house were captivating. The professional qualities of the staff are not known due to the fact that I usually trim the tips, but usually they are women around 40, pleasant in style of communication, with a touch of boorishness, which is necessary for survival in conditions of potential audacity of the grandmothers, who are the target audience of this place.

The hairdresser herself, it seems, is nothing, but there is one person there who needs to be suspended from work. I'm telling my story. I went to the hairdresser's, sat down in her chair. I didn't explain it very clearly, but it was clear from my words that I needed to trim it a little and make it a little shorter, and she started cutting my hair almost to zero. To my question, what are you doing? Why is it so short?, she replied - be silent and do not argue with the master. I don't recall that we switched to you. She can pull your hair, and then, in a raised voice, tell you not to twitch, say things like that you're twitching like a child, sit still. Also, young people, this person can talk on the phone with one hand and cut your hair with the other hand. During the process, she repeatedly said that I do not know how to explain how to cut my hair (allegedly, she understood this and showed me how to do it). She also didn't even bother to go through my hair with a pair of scissors. As a result, 70% of my hair was cut off, and I paid 8.5 rubles for it. I could do the same thing at home myself. It is impossible to confuse this woman with others. She is a plump, middle-aged lady with dark hair. I don't know how this person works, she may be a good master, but I won't go to her anymore. I came to remove the gel polish. And they did it for me..c. I was in pain during the procedure. And I told the master about it... To this, she replied that it was because of my base, and then she began to scold my master and my coverage. She started saying that she would have removed her material a long time ago... Also, I do not know where it came from... Not from a special package in which I stellate, but from somewhere in the wilds of its shelves. When the procedure was over, I was sitting in the sawdust... The master said they just shook their hands. Then she sprayed my hands with some kind of greasy water. And I saw it ...... a lot of peeling, cuts 🤦🏻♀️😭 And they charged me 7.29 rubles for that.... Now I'm sitting and crying at home from pain and pity for my poor nails😭😭😭😭 Now I have to treat them for a long time. Before you go to this place, think 100,000 times!!!!!

After drawing the shape, she didn't even ask if I liked it, she started plucking out the hairs, as a result: it turned out to be an UNEVEN shape, which I don't like at all. I wanted to make henna, but I was not warned that it was not there, and immediately filled with paint, although this point was discussed on the phone, and I was assured that there was henna. The only advantage of this institution is a cheap price and fast work. If you don't care what your eyebrows look like, then please come here. To be honest, I would have paid extra and stayed longer, but I left happy and in a good mood. And now I have to wait a month (or even more) for my eyebrows to grow back to their normal shape. Thank you so much for the discomfort! Don't set foot here anymore.
