For that price, it's a terrible job. the attitude of the staff also corresponds to this assessment, because during the complaints about the work performed, the employee who did the haircut simply apologized for misunderstood work and went to the hall, where she began to complain about the client's account to other employees. and her "masterpiece" work was done by another master.

I came for a pedicure on 02/15/2025.
The master did the work very slowly. I spent 2 hours in the chair, after which the master told me that she did not have time to treat her heels.
The coating was a regular varnish, which I warned about during the recording.
The master stated that it does not work with ordinary varnish. Why would you take a job then?
After I saw the result of the work, I asked to remove this horror.
The service was not provided properly.

I'll tell you about the "wonderful professional" of the barbershop on M.Uruchye, it is stated that the hairdresser of the VIP lounge. I don't know her name, appearance: a short, capacious woman with short hair, dyed blonde hair. She came to trim the tips at 18:20, the next client at the hairdresser at 18:45, standing at the reception, she did not hesitate to examine me with an appraising glance and answer "no, I will not cut her hair." After that, it was very funny to hear the phrase "the master, unfortunately, will not have time" from the administrator. And the most important paradox: I went to this master for a year and this procedure took her a maximum of 15 minutes. Draw your own conclusions, I won't go back there anymore.

Of the advantages that they cut, there is one star for this, the second one is the cost of a haircut, and there are three more for the quality of the haircut and the attitude towards the client. No respect for the client, the master argues with the client, says that he sees it that way, the haircut is not what was expected, the master did not even remove a single hair, all the hair that was cut remained on the head, neck and clothes. I won't set foot there anymore, I'd rather pay too much, but they'll do it right.

Why do they ask how to cut hair if they bring everyone down according to the same pattern? You tell and show what and how you want - as a result, you get a crooked and angular haircut in 5 minutes and a head covered with comb teeth. If you show where there are untrimmed curls or uneven transitions from temples to sideburns, they increase the price without even warning. There are masters to whom it is worth coming for the price, and there are "veterans" who it is clear why they have not been lured away from here or have not left themselves. If you like an emotional lottery after a haircut, this is the place for you!

I was at a haircut at the salon on Independence Avenue 185 (near the Spectrum) on 03.12.2022 at 17:30. Master Svetlana (if I'm not mistaken, Rafailovna), worked near the window. There are no questions about the haircut, but there is something to tell about the attitude to your work and to the client. The master came after a smoke break, so the smell was specific. She definitely asked me 2 times: "Do you have any cash?" Well, that's fine, wherever it went (although there are information stickers everywhere that they weigh cash and payment to the master), but then she got down to business. She threw a cape all over me with gray hair (before a smoke break, she cut a gray-haired man), and then took a comb and ran it through my hair and here the most interesting thing is, my black hair suddenly became sprinkled with someone else's gray - it's tin. I looked at the table where her working tool lies, it was covered in hair from previous clients, and also in the containers where this tool lies there was no solution (composition, water) just for processing the tool. I.e. The tool is not processed at all! Someone has dirty hair, someone has clean hair, someone has a disease - all with one tool!

But it did not work out to find a normal master for 3 times, the first haircut was unsuccessful, the second haircut from a woman with shaking hands, the third time a haircut from a fashionable hairdresser Elena with inflated lips. In all cases, haircuts took no more than 10 minutes in time, they shave like on an army conveyor belt, quickly and without problems. But when you come home and wash your hair, you find that everything is sticking out in different directions everywhere, your hair is cut unevenly. In general, I personally don't set foot there anymore.
With such a level of skill, these women (who cut my hair anyway) cannot be called hairdressers...
