We lay with the child from 13.01.24 to 17.01.24 in the 7th ward on the 4th floor. The staff is very wonderful and attentive. A wonderful, kind and pleasant headmistress. And the nurses, without exception, are attentive and magical bees. The department is quiet, clean, tidy, there are refrigerators, microwaves, kettles, and boiled water for children. The ward is also very clean and fresh, cleaned constantly. The bed is not washed or tidied, neat. All the medicines for the child were in the department, nothing needed to be bought and brought. The food is good, tasty, quite enough. During the 2 weeks spent here, we managed to stay with the child in the 13th and 1st departments, and in the intensive care unit 《2》. I met with wonderful medical staff everywhere, not a single rude word or remark was heard. Everyone is very polite and attentive. People who work in the intensive care unit - especially sensitive (but it's better not to check it) did everything possible for the child to examine him: ultrasound, ECG, scans, tests. I am very impressed with the work of all the doctors and medical guards/procedural nurses whom I have met during this time.

We did not receive any medical help, the doctor on duty, saying what a bad mother I am, insisted that we spend the whole weekend there, but in response to my indignation that they never came to us, she said that the weekend was ahead and certainly no one would come to us. She took the child on receipt, the diagnosis of acute respiratory infections is unknown, recommendations are drinking. And everything. Wonderful recommendations, when a child loses a temperature of 39 every 4 hours, she began to dehydrate.

Thanks to all the hospital staff!!! I was lying with two babies for 11 days at once. During this time, not a single rude word or unpleasant situation. Sensitive attitude to children, insanely pleasant people. We did all the tests, an ecg, an aalergopanel, a chest massage, a magnet, consultations with a FTL doctor, and much more. Thank you very much for your work!!! They were caught on Saturday with obstructive bronchitis in a 3-year-old child, in a state of moderate severity. The doctor in the waiting room is a young man, just super, finds an approach and words to the child, the nurses are doing well, the nurses are trying, the wards are good, they feed well, cookies, purees, marmalades, kefir, juice for the main dishes for children. There are a lot of refrigerators, microwaves and electric kettles in the corridor. There are narrow specialists and ENT and ophthalmologist and ultrasound and many others. Several times a day, someone from the staff comes in and asks how the child is. Special thanks to the head of the 8th department and the doctor, both excellent doctors and charming women! Who has children under 3 years old, parents are also fed, if older children, food is not provided for parents. It is impossible to leave the ward, only quickly to the refrigerator or kettle. It is extremely difficult in 4 walls with a child, this is one minus) but they do not keep it for a long time, if you have good dynamics and you are on the mend, after 4 days you can ask about home).

My child and I went to the emergency room on 12/01/2023 at 20.30 in a terrible condition , the child was on fire for the second day , the doctors at the clinic treated us as SARS and nothing helped , the temperature did not go down and decided to go to the DIB late in the evening, there were a lot of children , all the boxes were occupied, but the doctor gave us all her time and attention and at first glance I realized what was wrong with the child (and it was Scarlet fever) Davidovskaya Ya. O. Очень хорошее отношение врачей и мед. сестёр к детям, стараются успокоить и подружиться с ребёнком, чтобы он меньше боялся и не волновался. Я лежала с двумя детками в 9-м отделении и на протяжении всего периода госпитализации все проявляли заботу и внимание. Врач все подробно рассказывает и объясняет по лечению, с пониманием и терпением отвечает на все вопросы.
В отделении чистота, уборка палаты два раза в день. В каждой палате туалет и душ, созданы все условия для комфортного пребывания. Питание обычное, как в большинстве больниц.
Хочу выразить свою благодарность всему медперсоналу за нелёгкий труд, чуткое отношение и любовь к деткам. Пусть ваши добрые сердца не знают бед, здоровья и счастья Вам и Вашим семьям!!!

Попали со скорой в эту больницу в 8 отделение. Диагноз острый ларингит. Только самые приятные впечатления. Персонал отзывчивый, внимательный. Несколько раз подойдут, спросят, как чувствовал себя ребёнок. Хоть и попали в выходные ночью, все быстро оформили и отвели в отделение. Отдельная благодарность приемному отделению за скорость. Палаты и условия выше среднего, все на месте. Двухместная палата, душ, туалет на месте. Еда только для ребёнка, но есть возможность оплатить и есть маме. Конечно, не сильно вкусно, но есть можно все. И разнообразие есть, даже вкусности для детей. Долго не держали, никакой инфекции больше не добавилось нам. Все отлично. Большое спасибо всем сотрудникам за помощь и заботу. Конечно, лучше не попадать в такое место. Но все пребывание там радовало во всех вопросах.

Замечательная больница. Начиная от персонала и заканчивая условиями в самой больнице. Ещё не встречала таких отзывчивых специалистов в бесплатных учреждениях. Оказали быструю помощь маленькому ребёнку. Распросили от А до Я. Было видно, что врач заинтересован проблемой, внимательно выслушала, понятно и точно все разъяснили без недовольства. К медсестрам всегда можно было обратиться за помощью без страха на отказ. Условия в палатах хорошие. Две койки для взрослых, кроватки для детей, чистое постельное белье (без пятен и т.д.), туалет и душ в блоке. Всегда сохранялась чистота и порядок. Спасибо большое работникам больницы! К сожалению, не запомнила имён, хотелось бы отблагодарить каждого.

здравствуйте , сама больница не плохая , буду говорить исключительно про 13 отделение .а в частности про м.с Поздняк Анастасию , хуже мед . работника в своей практики еще не встречала , хамоватая , детей не любит , про маты и оскорбления свой адрес , вообще молчу . не хочу говорить конкретно про ситуации , но при возможности поприщу разобраться .

Очень хорошие люди работают! Спасибо коллективу! Опытные, с любовью относятся к детям. Очень стараются чтобы у них хорошо, ремонты недавно сделали, новые корпуса открыли. Хорошее место. Кабинет круглосуточный для осмотра есть.

Отдельное спасибо зав. Инфекц. Отд. Номер 1-Малявко О.А.,которая дежурила 10.09,когда мы с сыном поступили. Благодаря ее назначением сыну стало лучше на вторые сутки. Это просто врач от Бога!!

Мой ребёнок недавно лежал в этой больнице в 4 отделении. Только положительные впечатления от медецинского персонала.Свою работу выполняют на отлично. Мы были в этом отделении 3 раза.Три разных врача.И все доброжелательные,чуткие,внимательные.Единственный минус...приехали с острым гастритом, уехали с кашлем и соплями.От девочки что с нами в палате лежала,подхватили.И 10 дней ещё дома долечивались.Не нужно детей с признаками ОРИ класть вместе с другими диагнозами. Всем мира и добра.

Положили с дочкой(3 года). Лежали около недели. За это время впечатлила работа персонала в хорошем смысле. Все сотрудники были очень добры и внимательны к маленькому пациенту. Предоставляли все нужные лекарства, а также выделили персонально ингалятор. Спасибо вам за хорошее отношение)

К сожалению довелось полежать там с ребёнком. Палаты на 2 пары (мама+ребёнок) , в палате по 2 взрослые кровати плюс две детские. Кормят трижды в день, меню для мамы и ребёнка разное. В палате душ и туалет, что несомненно очень удобно. Чисто, уборка два раза в день, как ни странно нам ни разу не нахамили санитарочки, очень приветливые были все) В палате есть розетки, но они очень высоко, что является безопасным для деток но немного неудобным для родителей, но всё решает удлинитель. Еду подают в специальном окошке. На коридоре есть чайник, микроволновка, холодильник, кувшины с кипячёной холодной водой, для тех кто кормит деток смесью. Постельное чистое, целое. В общем, лучше конечно не попадать в больницы, но если попал то не страшно, врачи знают своё дело да и условия пребывания в целом комфортные.

Лежали с дочерью в данной больнице с клещевым энцефалитом (доставлены на скорой из реанимации районной (провинциальной) больницы) в тяжёлом состоянии. С первых минут поступления врачами приемного отделения был проведён оперативный и, на мой взгляд, очень профессиональный осмотр. Само отношение к нам осматривающих нас врачей, их оптимизм и энергетика начали вселять в нас надежду, что все будет хорошо. Для дальнейшего лечения мы были направлены в 10 отделение, где, сразу после прибытия, был проведён повторный квалифицированный осмотр врачами отделения и назначено необходимое лечение. Благодаря профессионализму врачей, за две недели пребывания, дочь вернули к жизни и она стала такой же непоседой, как и была до болезни. Мы благодарны всем кто нас лечил и ухаживал, так как в первую очередь-это профессионалы своего дела и люди с большой душой и добрым сердцем. Отдельные слова благодарности хочу высказать врачам Василенок Евгении Владимировне и Стрижак Юлии Викторовне, а так же медицинской сестре Наталье. По поводу условий, в которых мы находились, питания и всех остальных бытовых вопросов могу сказать, что это просто высший класс. Всем, кто будет читать этот отзыв хочу пожелать здоровья вам и вашим деткам, но если вдруг вам придётся оказаться в данной больнице то можете быть уверены, что тут сделают всё и даже больше чтоб вы были снова здоровы, так как здесь трудятся профессионалы своего дела!!!!
