We signed up for a hearing test on 11/22/2021 at 9.00 kab.612. They came. But not in the lists. With all that, I called the day before (01.11) with a request to make an appointment later. They said there was no other time. I still can't figure out where and what they're recording. Thanking the doctor for taking it (for him, it's no longer on the record).

Doctors are rude, make a comment on the nature of the child and criticize the reason for the treatment (the pediatrician sent it, they told me that we did not have a competent doctor and we should not have gone), besides, the ENT receives healthy children in a dirty area in the direction of the polyclinic.

We were lying with a child in rehabilitation. only positive emotions: doctors are professionals in their field, they clean the wards daily, they feed well. The only thing I would like is to be released on weekends, since no procedures are done on weekends.

We went to pull out a child's tooth. The doctor injected painkillers and almost immediately vomited, the child cried a lot, they did not wait until the painkiller seized, there were probably more important things. As a result, it is better to do everything for a fee. At least they will check and ask if the painkiller has worked or if they need more.

We often visit the ENT department with our child.A narrow corridor, stuffy as herrings in a barrel.We sit on the stairs so that we don't add other people's germs to our germs.This is just a mockery of sick children and their parents.We have never been in line for less than an hour.Staff, if you're lucky.More often, they still consult competently, it is clear that with such a load you will not smile at everyone, but dear doctors, when you went to study, you knew what you were signing up for.And I don't think that seeing the queue you have to sit in...someone would take up your time for no reason.The hospital management is simply obliged to do something for a more comfortable stay of visitors.

Unfortunately, we had a chance to visit there, but we were satisfied. The doctors gave directions for all the tests, checked everything so as not to miss anything. The medical staff is polite, always helped if necessary. Minus, because of the coronavirus, there is only one shower per floor and it works only 2 hours a day (
