I would like to express my deep gratitude to the medical staff of the Department of Ophthalmology at the Konaevsky Municipal City Multidisciplinary Hospital: Zhanar Kanushkovna Kartekova, a doctor with a big heart, and Zhansara Nespaevna Arpabayeva, a nurse. I have an unusual disease - glaucoma and atrophy of the ocular nerves, I am their regular patient. You treat me and my illness very carefully and try to do everything possible to prevent a person from going blind. I want to thank you for your professionalism and kindness of soul! 50/50 about doctors and services, especially at the reception, it is very difficult to get through, I understand there are few people who could probably expand the staff at the call center

Hospital, there is a hospital. There are a lot of people, there are not enough coupons, but the receptionists professionally send them to the offices. There is a queue at the doctors' offices, you sit for an hour, or even an hour and a half, and then the staff in a white coat, despite the queue, starts out of turn.
