It was a terrible experience staying in this hospital. It seems that only people focused on personal gain are gathered here. Almost any actions on the part of the staff took place only after the transfer of "gratitude". Even basic care for incapacitated patients was not carried out properly — we had to personally pay for each nurse's work for feeding and changing diapers. Without additional payment, care was simply ignored, because, according to them, “if you feed, you will have to change diapers.” The medical staff proved to be extremely incompetent. Doctors do not bother to review the patient's medical history. Our grandmother had severe chronic diseases — chronic renal failure (CRF) and diabetes mellitus — but no one paid attention to these diagnoses. She was not connected to dialysis, and they found out about CRF only after kidney failure began. For several days, we informed the staff that grandma had a high fever, to which we received the answer: “after a stroke, this is normal, this is how the body fights.” As a result, she was diagnosed with pneumonia at a late stage. After her death, we were greeted with rudeness and conflict — the chief medical officer argued with us instead of showing any sympathy.
