I would like to wish for the best. The staff is not cultured, boorish. It's a shame for such workers... I applied to the stamological registry, which is located on the 3rd floor. The receptionist is not cultured, she was rude... I wanted to write a complaint - I did not provide a book of complaints, they say it is located on the first floor (the book is a sting), and the registrar herself sat and "sharpened her mistakes." When I asked her what her last name was, she replied that she would not tell me. What does she get paid for only??? It is a shame for such "workers", God is their judge...

I had to visit a traumatologist today.The fact is that I am a disabled person of the 2nd grade (two strokes, my right limbs are paralyzed, I move with a cane), on Saturday I could not hold the thing, I cut my left leg badly, they immediately called where to ask for help, besides, I have diabetes.Ryoko.we gave 10 b-Tsutam quickly, efficiently, without questions, provided assistance:the wound was treated, sewn up, treatment was prescribed and it was necessary to have a dressing in the hospital.I took it for a dressing, I could have taken it to the doctor, but I decided that there was treatment, I didn't need a sick leave, and the doctor always looks at it.When the queue came and I went in, I heard that no one would take me on this coupon, to the nurses, so that they would not enter it into the computer in any case, although when I was sitting in line there was a call that a message about my wound had arrived and I said that I was waiting for an appointment, I explained to the doctor,In response, she did not call me.The dressing was done to me very carefully, carefully, thank her very much.The doctor didn't even come over to take a look, maybe something needed to be changed.When she left, she again gave instructions not to put it on the computer.I can't understand why I didn't like it, I couldn't even open my mouth.I am 63 years old.What are my next steps?It is said that the next time (when?), he will take a ticket for an appointment, then we will issue it.Are the doctor's actions legitimate and who gives such instructions?Where should I look for the answer?

Terrible attitude in dentistry! What's at the reception desk, what's at the doctor's! The ticket is given by ambulance, where it says that the doctor takes it before 14:00, but in fact works until 13:00.I understand everything, but don't you have the language to tell the patient about it??? And yet, when you order a coupon, they say that there are no coupons, but in fact there are a maximum of 3 people in the entire dentistry, I ask!? Where are the patients? Who was given the coupons? January 31st The staff does not work at all, therapists do not work according to their work schedule, but go to those shifts that they like (although the help desk (the help desk misinforms and knows nothing) says one shift, the therapist came to another. And so it has been 2 times in a row). The consequence of this is that there is no coordination of workers at all in the hospital. The administration is on the sidelines and stupidly does not work, as well as therapists who do not want to receive patients or people who want to get a conclusion. I feel very sorry for myself and other people who are assigned to this group. I don't know where the regulatory authorities and the hospital administration are looking. (This is my purely personal opinion and value judgment).

I stood for 5 hours, as a result, I only wasted my time, because when I finally got to the office, the doctor said to my complaints, "Of course everything is fine, but what is bothering you right now? If you're feeling fine right now, then why did you come at all?" To be honest, this is not what I expected to hear from the doctor, in their opinion, we probably should come in a half-dead state. So not only is there a disgusting attitude towards people, but apparently doctors do not understand at all what they prescribe and in what dosage they need to prescribe medicines. I came about the disease, the doctor prescribed me 3 doses of the drug, although the instructions say that you need to take it once. Well, I think that's what a doctor is for, he knows better. So I listened to the doctor that on the day of taking 2 doses I was suffering from an overdose. And from this negligence of the doctor, I reap the consequences and am still being treated for them, it's good that only in paid clinics. In this clinic, you will not be cured, but only crippled.

Disgusting attitude towards patients! If a person is not attached to a polyclinic, then you can score on the patient! On December 14, they came to take tests for covid, because she was a level 1 contact. After 3 days, I called to find out the result. It turned out that no one knows anything! Who came? What did you take? 16.12 I called the doctor again. Came. I took the analysis and the application for attachment. She didn't prescribe any antibiotics. Only vitamins. She did not sign the requirement to comply with the rules of conduct in self-isolation. 17.12 they called and reported that the test was positive. They didn't assign anything to my complaints about pain, and they didn't send me for tests. When I came to the reception on December 27, it turned out that I was not in the database! Where is my statement then, where is the description of my illness? The hospital has a diagnosis of j06!!! How's that??? Acute upper respiratory tract infection?) The therapist just listened and sent me for urine and blood tests. I did not look at the throat, at least because of the indicated diagnosis. I didn't check the saturation and temperature. What is this all about??? I will call the hotline of the Ministry of Health!..

Today I was on sick leave at the polyclinic with Dr. Lugovtsova. I have never seen a more indifferent doctor to patients. I came early. She was very outraged by this, and even the fact that I was not well for some reason made me even more angry. When she asked about diseases of the endocrine system and I replied that I had insulin resistance. For some reason, she was very surprised and said this could not be. In general, the impression of this doctor is terrible. But Dr. Mikhailova and Kaminsky are very attentive and polite, and tactful.

Queues are the main problem of the polyclinic. I am pleased with the electronic queue for blood donation and the treatment room. It would be ideal if the specialists were also established, invited by numbers, and not who in the queue swears louder. Good dentistry, with the rare exception of doctors. No help was provided, only from the third request and complaints that I was in terrible pain, she came to examine me, touched me a couple of times and goodbye. I have not received such a boorish attitude over the years of service in this clinic. The situation is as follows: I am pregnant, I got sick with COVID. In addition to the fact that I was absolutely not treated in any way during the 2 weeks of my illness ( vitami c and copious drinking ) so the brigade also forgot about me (yes, that's what they said on the phone, they forgot to come to you! FORGOT!!!)And I've been waiting for two days for them to get to me! And the tests and smears at the first contacts (husband, father) were said simply and clearly it would be bad for the therapist (by the way, I infected my husband and he too +) but there was no treatment.. So also when it came to the extension of the sick leave and the next call of the brigade to the house , they told me not to wait , they might not get there ! Do you see a lot of calls ... do you think this is normal?! And try to get through there again, but how do they communicate with you, as if I should come to them and they have been waiting for me for a week or two, and in pompous tones. I will not leave this situation like this, I understand perfectly well that there is another wave, a lot of patients, the same number of calls, but I deserve human attitude and treatment!!!
