I have never written bad reviews, but today I am deeply outraged by what happened. I sat in line for an appointment with Petrova's therapist for 2 hours (the reason was heartache). During this time, she managed to be absent for 30 minutes, "have tea with the staff" and receive 3 people. When it was my turn and I went into the office, she informed me (in a rude form) that her appointment was over and she would not receive me, but I could contact room 316 (saying this very disparagingly - I think that's how she treats her colleagues).At the same time, she painted her nails!!! I must say that there were 2 more people behind me. No one warned us about the end of the reception. Such doctors have no place in a polyclinic and I do not advise contacting her.
