There has never been such a nightmare. They kicked from office to office like a half-finished puppy. As a result, the problem was solved only with a neurologist and a dentist, to whom I came myself.
But you can bypass the therapist, right? No, you can't. To get to other spatialists, you have to go through a therapist. The circle closes. The administration urgently needs to deal with the logistics of the therapeutic department and recruitment. I understand that this is hell not only for us patients, but also for doctors.

В целом поликлиника не плохая, персонал хороший, чего не скажешь о охранице на вид лет 50ти, которая дезинформирует посетителей по поводу графика работы поликлиники в субботу! Хамит, повышает голос и портит настроение посетителям! 26.08.2023 и 2.09.2023 была не смена утром! Прошу руководство поликлиники разобраться с данным работником! А так же исправить время работы поликлиники в субботу! На сайте написано с 8.30, а по факту висит на дверях бумажка с 9.00. При получении информации по поводу графика работы у данного работника, не получил внятного ответа, а только, крик, хамство и грубость, и не только мне было испорчено настроение, за что потом работник позже перед всеми извинялась...

А вот касательно медицины:
к зубному лучше вообще не ходить, ибо только калечат.
к терапевтам вечно длинные очереди, хотя это там практически ко всем.

После ремонта очень просторно, светло.
Много услуг можно пройти на платной основе, что очень хорошо. Чтобы не стоять в очереди, лучше записаться заранее. Это касается обычных визитов (не за деньги)). Выписки можно заказать через интернет, и забрать после того, как проинформируют о готовности (без очереди). В доврачебном кабинете все быстро (не более 30мин в очереди).
