I couldn't get through for a long time to find out the time and day of the therapist's appointment. When I came to the hospital to find out on my own, I saw such a picture. A woman is sitting at the reception desk reading a newspaper and the handset is off so that when the line is called, it will be busy while reading the newspaper. Standing in front of her, I dial a number, she presses the button the line is busy and sits further reading the newspaper. That's the bawdy attitude of the staff, apparently the newspaper is more interesting than human health.
