He shouts at visitors and is rude. Moreover, from the conversations in the queue, I was not the only such victim there. Initially, she wanted to demand a book of complaints, but decided that let her life punish her. The only thing I can give 5 stars for is the head of the medical examination room and her assistant. They are very courteous and polite. Perhaps after visiting their office, she decided not to write a complaint against their subordinate.

Some in the morning, others at five in the evening. The ticket to the GP is for 5 pm, and 214 is no longer working. No, I understand everything, but is a week too long for a medical examination? Because of this attitude, there is a desire to call the MINISTRY. Dear administration, can you still consider how to update the time of admission of citizens undergoing a medical examination? Since 2018, after moving, I have been observed in this clinic.Nice staff, always clean. There were no terrible incidents, always clearly and to the point. People in queues at offices are more likely to spoil your mood than doctors. It only upsets the LCD a little. During pregnancy 1.5 years ago, the head decided to scold me as a small child for her own joint. I did not write a complaint only because of the upcoming March 8. Very nice girls work in a pharmacy, they will always prompt, help and support with a kind word! We are moving now and it is very sad to part with the clinic and many doctors. Many thanks to the therapist Nikolaeva, the gynecologist Teterya and her partner, the midwife, the girls from the treatment rooms, the pharmacy staff!

The quality of work is excellent. But general practitioners do not please me and this is sad. And I don't know how to evaluate the surgeon. There was a situation with my husband, a hellish pain in my right shoulder, painkillers did not help, they did not give me sick leave-that's okay, but you are specialists - you need help, and it just wasn't there. Thanks to the pharmacists, they advised injections, which helped almost instantly. And then my husband suffered for a week and went to work.
