In the clinic, to achieve something through the complaint book, and even then they will give such an absurd unsubscription, I am waiting for a response on an incompetent approach personally in my situation and will send it to a higher organization. I no longer have the strength to tolerate the absence of an elementary human attitude, not to mention the absence of competence. You come to take a certificate to the kindergarten about the health group, you are given instead of the attending nurse to fill out a medical certificate about the state of health, examined for pediculosis. After standing all day in a wild queue with screaming people and practically fighting under the doors for the right to get to the reception faster. And then it's your fault that they gave you the wrong form to fill out. Idiocy! There is a lot of one star for evaluating the organization of the workflow in this organization and blaming your guilt on normal people! - I would rate the work and attitude in this clinic with 5 stars.
